That was my first visit and I was pleased with it.

I went to pick up my prescription and spent $76 and when I got home it's the same medication that I already have and I didn't need to waste my money. She didn't even ask me to have many pills that I have left. I'll probably get 60 out of 90 pills left because they don't do no good. Give me headaches so I could've saved my money. She said I was getting something different and it wasn't the same thing two bottles $76. I could've paid on a bill or saved for a bill DAM other than that everything went well.

I've had this issue before after my visit which was great I get to the pharmacy and my prescription was not there didn't get sent over and it's almost impossible to get through the automated phone system when you call from the pharmacy to get this issue resolved it's just a very stressful situation to be in y'all could work on fixing that problem not just for me but for everyone

The doctor should know my medications I'm on, other than the medication that is prescribed by this doctor and my medical history. She suggested I take a certain supplement, when I looked it up, it states do not take if you're on thyroid medication, and I am, and my thyroid is unstable. My PCP is trying to get it regulated. Good thing I researched this myself.

Dr. Holdren is a wonderful physician.

Everything was very wonderful. I enjoyed, although I was trying to get well, everyone. The nurses was great. Housekeeper, the blood, the person draw the blood. Everybody was really wonderful. Really wonderful. They made me think that I wasn't sick because they gave me joy. Okay.

I appreciate the courtesy extended by everyone that I had contact with. There's nothing I can imagine that could improve this group of providers and their staff.

Told me about the no opiates first visit rule. I couldn't get in to see this Dr for months and if that detail was told to me i did not remember it. It would be appropriate to make this be told more than once. I was placed on opiates 5 months ago and those can't be withdrawn overnight! Luckily, my vacationing PCP called in my meds! My first visit to PM did not go well at all!!i don't want this to happen to someone else.

Allow printed prescriptions so that they dont get sent to wrong pharmacy if I choose to utilize a different pharmacy.

Dr. Holdren and staff work together to give me a high level of confidence on my care.

I felt the doctor was rushed and had not had time to really read through my medical history. She already seemed set on the treatment without actually talking through it with me beforehand or doing an exam. Too much of her attention was focused on getting her phone to work so that the AI could scribe our conversation. After waiting two months for this visit and hoping for some pain relief, I was disappointed that I'm not a whole lot smarter about what is causing the pain or what direction of treatment I should take. My doctor friends don't like it when we use Google to better understand and diagnose ourselves. But this is the reason why, when a doctor can't and doesn't take the time to explain things properly and answer questions in terminology that a person can understand

Dr. Holdren has been monumentally important in getting me back pain-free, or mostly pain-free. I was badly hurt in an accident, and she has been steadfast, and she is a remarkable advocate for your services.

There's nothing to change. DR. HOLDREN is always knocking at the door making an entrance with a big Pretty smile greetings,(as she's washing her hands) then onto asking questions about me my pain, any falls, concerns and or anything new so forth and so on. Very Good Visit every time I have a visit.

Dr. Holdren was knowledgeable on my history and what I needed done, but she rushed me out of there. She left, I told her I had questions, and she left before I asked them all. So I asked her assistant, and of course he couldn't really answer them for me because he wasn't trained in that area. She just always seems rushed. And in her notes, she said that she made a referral for the neurologist, and I don't have a referral for a neurologist. I have an appointment with a neurosurgeon, but nothing for the neurologist. That's it.

The desk staff could have been more attentive instead of talking and laughing.

Listen instead of constantly interrupting & talking over me. Ask me how I'm doing/feeling/progressing instead of telling me how I'm doing/feeling/progressing. Spend more then 4 minutes with me during any appt. Make an effort to hide your contempt for patients requiring opioids for chronic pain. Treat me as an individual.

Doctor was very disrespectful didn't even listen to my concerns. Even laugh at me when I tried to explain the complications I'm going through. She just said yeah yeah I get u some information and walked out the room never came back.!! No good at all.

I really value how thorough and informed Dr. Holdren is, but sometimes I have trouble keeping up during visits. Would it be possible to slow down just a bit? That would help me follow the treatment plan more confidently.

Making sure to tell patients all of the plan not just half at a time . It has been almost three months and I still am waiting the pain is getting worse . Need appointments for the shots nerve test to be closer together so the they can help people faster with their pain.

The entire staff was awesome

I can't think of anything that could be different. I have been seeing this provider since 2008. I have followed her from other practices and have always been satisfied.

There's no way to improve me coming to my doctor. My doctor, Holdren, has been a good doctor to me. Everything is satisfactory with her when I come in, plus 10 off the charts. She treats me well. She treats me equal to everyone else, not above nor below. She's not racist by no means. She's not... male versus female. I could not change not one thing about her. I wouldn't change a doctor for her. She's the best in my book. Thank you very much for a job well done and every time I come in everyone's courteous and helpful and the place is very clean and I've been coming there for years. Thank you.

I don't really think that there's anything you could have done to make it better, because I was treated quite well, I thought. Everybody was nice and seemed to be in a good mood, considering they'd been at work most of the day and probably had been very busy. So I was treated well, and I assumed that others who were also going to see a doctor there were treated well, too, Nobody seemed to be having any sort of problems. So I was satisfied. Thank you.

If she had read my file..she came in ready to give me shots in my back. My insurance already denied it. She did not give me a chance to tell her that I have a different pain or to ask if it was related to current. Just kept pushing for shots. I have not decided on that. Really uncomfortable about them. Did not appreciate ger notes either.

Dr Holdren and her staff are awesome, i wouldn't change a thing. The process of registration and waiting for the physician was less than 15 mins. Dr Holdren was using a new transcription system which recorded everything so she was able to give me 100% undivided attention to visit. I am so grateful that I was referred to this office.

I have a great relationship with Dr. Holdren. She is a caring and compassionate physician. I am always treated respectfully and kindly by the staff, and most importantly, by Dr. Holdren herself. This office does not require your aforementioned question, but I am confident in saying there are many physicians' offices that need an overhaul.
