Vey helpful and a positive experience

I wasn't sure if Dr. Wong understood what I was looking for in a medical provider. I don't think we are a good match as a Dr. & patient. Something is lost in our individual communication styles. I want a Doctor who helps me avoid prescription medications until all other options are tried first. More thinking outside the box. If that's not allowed because of Prisma protocol, then I need to keep searching for the right medical provider for myself.

I am satisfied with my visits and trust my Dr. completely, and his staff!!

Well, Dr. Raymond Wong is the best doctor physician that I've ever had. I trust him with my life, my health, and I trust him to make the decisions that contribute to my health care in a good way. He takes his time always and he looks out for me. I went through a lot of things early on, and everything that he has said was confirmed. So he's a good doctor.

Dr. Wong was great. He new things about our health that our other PCP didn't. Our PCP from LMC always sent us our to other providers not knowing much about our health. Dr. Wong was very understanding and he listened to what we had to say. I'm glad we changed our PCP to Dr. Wong.

I originally called back in August to try and set an appointment with the doctor and ended up leaving a voicemail and never got a return call from the nurses or from anyone. So I went up to the facility and had to do it in person in order to get scheduled for my most recent visit. I was disappointed in that but the care I get from Dr. Wong and his team is excellent.

I had to write down my SSN and was informed that it would be shredded, but I would have liked to have seen the front desk shred it in front of me. Just for a peace of mind.

The receptionist refused to speak with my insurance provider to confirm my being covered. The issue could have been resolved quickly and easily with a 2 minute phone call. She exhibited a total lack of interest about me or my insurance concerns.
