Create a sick waiting area and have it blocked off, instead of checking in and going back out to the car if you have a sick baby.

Inform me about new technologies and screenings being used promptly and properly through paper work or email before hand. The nurse offered an eye screening from her phone that I had never heard of and I didn't have time to research it before hand. She then prepared to do it before I refused the screening.
