The parking lot is too far away for handicapped people and elderly people that can't hardly walk. The building's beautiful, but it's too far away from the parking lot.

When I went to ER with a broken wrist, I was not seen by an MD; wrist was set by a PA, and it did not heal properly. I believe a hand specialist should have been called in when the X-rays showed a complicated wrist injury. After six weeks of being seen by PAs and NPs, who said, "I don't see any healing," I insisted on seeing a hand specialist. By that time it had healed incorrectly.

Okay, my knowledge wisdom on what my ability with my arm and my operation thing that y'all did for me on my operation on my arm, I think y'all did a very nice job, but I tell you one thing I just like. I gotta sit back here. You gotta get my arm right. It's not right and I want it closer back when I can get it y'all. Thank you.

I am totally satisfied with the care I received!

Oh, everything was fine. I just needed to know how to follow up with my appointment with the orthopedics for my little gel cap. And I had called and wasn't able to, well, I looked in my medical chart and I wasn't able to see how that was going to come to fruition. I just needed an appointment for that. But everything was fine. I was treated with respect to the utmost. Thank you very much.

The gentleman who fitted the splint repeatedly pinched my broken finger to fit the splint and I really didn't think that that was probably necessary and it certainly wasn't helpful in any way. Thank you.

Impressive customer service/ bedside manner.....

I had an injection in my thumb for arthritis. The X-Ray shows bone on bone due to arthritis. I had my left thumb down many years ago and was told by the surgeon then that the only treatment for bone on bone is surgery. I was not offered this as an option. I was told to return in 3 months for another injection. My thumb hurts worse after the injection than before. I will cancel my next appointment and see another surgeon.

I don't have anything negative to say. I had excellence patient care treatment

I was given information that I was giving them the right to bill Medicare. And I was given no paperwork at all. And when I checked out, they showed me that I had signed something for $280 for a wrap risk thing. And I didn't see that beforehand. That's outrageous amount. And I should have been made aware of anything that I signed first. Thank you.
