Everything that you're doing so far at this office is good for right now. I don't have anything to add.

Dr. Mazzamurro was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me great advice how to take care of myself. This was my first appointment visit with Dr. Mazzamurro and it seemed like she had been treating me for years. Very pleased with this visit, with my new Doctor and always with Gynecology Specialists-Halton Village.

Honestly, nothing, I was so impressed and highly satisfied with the care we received!

She never sent the prescription for the birth control to the pharmacy and I still haven't got it.

The only way I was able to schedule an appointment was online. This seems to be a Prisma issue. I also needed to schedule with an orthopedic surgeon and was told that they would have to have the doctors look at my records to see if they would accept me as a patient. I never heard back! It is virtually impossible to speak to someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Very FRUSTRATING! I've had people at the call center hang up on me by putting me on hold and it times out and disconnects the call. Overall, the phone answering process that's in place is totally inadequate, unprofessional, sometimes rude, and provides terrible service! The website did allow me to schedule, however, there was some confusion about which doctor I would be seeing, so that's mediocre. This is certainly not instilling confidence in the healthcare industry, and specifically Prisma. It's so very discouraging to have to deal with a behemoth of a corporation with no soul in order to see a doctor. The doctors I've seen seem to be very good, kind and caring. The process that's in place to schedule with them is abhorrent! Thinking very seriously about other medical care options!

You all should accept cash for copays. They told me they don't have any change and can only accept the exact amount. I find that so strange
