She should never left the office without fully knowing what to do any not to do . Never with just a piece of paper .

Thanks to the doctor and her assistant for truly being professional , showing caring, as well as a people person (compassion) . This is my personal feeling as I was so afraid- pain and doctors who show no concern for people. Even though I feel pain , the doctor and the assistant gave me comfort/ eased my fear and anxiety as they talked with me during the procedure . Thank you Doctor! Thank you Assistant! My suggestion is to continue to impress upon Doctors , Assistants and staff that is important show compassion and treat patients with respect as we are human beings and need that when our bodies are sick .

Everything was fine during the visit

They were so nice and helpful to me I am scared of needles but she knew what she was doing I didn't feel the needle but she told me everything before she did it but I didn't feel the needle she is a perfection with needles let's give her an award

Everything was fine. I requested that the Dr. would explain exactly what she was doing at all times before she did it as I was extremely anxious. It is easier be a good patient if I know what's going on at all times. I honestly expected a spinal injection to be excruciatingly painful so I just wanted to have my head wrapped around everything to be prepared through each step of the process. Much to my delight, Dr.Nallu was wonderful and I experienced zero pain throughout the procedure and beyond. She totally put me at ease and I am very grateful that I had her "at the helm" guiding my medical procedure. Everyone involved was wonderful! Kudos to all.

This facility is not set up well for handicap. That was one thing that I noticed because you have to walk so far for everything. Somebody did poor planning.

A message was sent in my chart stating that my appt. Was at 8 instead of the scheduled time at 9:45. I had to call the office to confirm my appointment time. The receptionist said that it was sent in error that there has been a problem with the system lately. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible to avoid confusion and panic for patients. I was coming from out of town so it really alarmed me when I got the alert.

When I walk in door the entire staff was excellent in what they were doing. Especially my treatment. Thank you for your service. ?

I'm not totally sure about the Doctor. She didn't want to know about all of my issues, nor did she want to answer questions concerning the rest of my spinal issues.

It was all very good.

They told me I could ask the doctor questions before the procedure but that opportunity was given and try to ask during the procedure bit was unable to hear her answers.

No improvements ~ the nurse who met with me before Dr. Nallu entered the room was very compassionate; I began to get emotional talking about my recent back issues and she was very sympathetic and kind. I did not get her name, but wish I had. She was just very kind and her mannerisms were appreciated; she immediately handed me tissues as I began to cry.

My doctor there is very good. However she is overbooked. It is hard to get an appointment as soon as you need it.

The exam rooms (1 & 2) were extremely cold. Understand the issue was reported to maintenance but nothing had been done to fix the problem.

Prisma exceeds my expectations routinely, and Dr. Nallu is no exception. Superb bedside manner from intake, nurses, and the MD. The team should be acknowledged.

There wasn't anything. My doctor and nurses explained everything and answered all my questions . They were extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and they made me feel like a part of their family!! Thank you very much!!

The medical care was excellent but the temperature in the facility was much too cold. It had to be about 65 degrees except for the treatment room. I was miserable and I felt really sorry for the employees that had to sit there like that all day.

I felt very confident with treatment. I did have to wait for the procedure for about 30-45 minutes. I was taken back and placed in room to wait. Appoint was at 11:15. I finally was taken in for procedure close to noon.

If I have to be there 30 minutes prior to seeing the doctor, they should not be 30 minutes late.

It was a perfect relationship in any way at a very busy time. Every chair in the waiting room was filled and patients were seated in chairs in the hall yet there was a beautiful normalcy and calm as patients waited patiently for their turn. I ct privileged to have assistance to get help being signed in by a very confident and pleasant receptionist who showed no indication of impatience with the anxiety of a frustrated old lady that cannot handle technology. She had the ability to cam me such that my blood pressure actually diminished after te is ing treatment! Thank God, I had an 8:15 appt and will always select the earliest apptmt I can get and will always seek to remain a patient in this office!
