The care provided is in every excellent. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Bollu, a caring, wise, and professional doctor. Even though he has a very busy practice, he always seems to have all the time in the world for me.

I can't think of anything, the wait was minimal, the staff friendly and professional, and Dr Bollu was knowledgeable and forthcoming on how to improve my situation. He was inquisitive to the point where he was able to provide additional help.

I consider my visit and care was excellent. I was treated with respect as a patient, which is rare in the medical environment today. Dr. Bollu has my highest respect as a physician and human being. I wish there were more doctors like him.

We found Dr. Bollu to be intelligent, thoughtful, and compassionate. Her prior neurologist (with the Lexington system) did not seem to care. After only one visit, we have a great deal of trust in Dr. Bollu and his diagnosis.

This was my first visit to this provider. He was extremely nice but needed to ask questions to get more info about several different medical issues that I'm dealing with before prescribing a med for me to try that could negatively impact another problem. This is very troubling when seeing a dr for the first time who does not know my medical history, visit is brief, and a med is prescribed that can conflict with other issues.

The office visit was a successful visit with all people involved.Dr Bollu was kind and very helpful.He talked with me and took great care of me not trying to rush me through the visit.This to me is very important and knowing he cares and concerned to help him with my Parkinson's.

To improve trust and respect and offer support, you could return phone calls. Over the course of six months, I left multiple voicemails trying to make an appointment and was never able to do so until I went into the facility in person. So returning a voicemail because our call is important to you would be very helpful.

Yes, it would have been very beneficial if we could have gotten an appointment earlier than a six-month wait. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. Thank you.

I was pleased with all aspects.

Better organization of getting medication prescriptions to the correct pharmacy and to the pharmacy during the visit. Maybe have the nurse come back after the doctor and make sure everything is set up correctly?

Quicker appointment. Way too long to see a neurologist for migraines. Aprox 2 months is ridiculous.

Dr. Bollu said a neurosurgeon will contact to schedule a spinal tap. Have not heard from the neurosurgeon team. That was 9 days ago.

Everything was great. The whole experience, the care, the whole appointment was wonderful. I don't see anything at this time that you need to improve on. The staff, the doctor, everybody was very courteous, professional, polite, and I definitely enjoy going to see Dr. Bollu and his staff, so I really appreciate everything they've done for me. Stop double-booking your Doctors!!! You are robbing the patient time with their Doctor. Since you only allocate 12-15 minutes/patient in the first place, when double-booking, that time is cut in half...Not fair to the Doctor or the patient and logic would tell one that it's all about the bottom line.

Administrative staff, particularly check out staff could be friendly and say least try to give the impression that they are happy to have work. She was, however, patient with me adds I entered new appointment data.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the doctor is as well. I don't have any suggestions, but thank you for asking.

Honestly with the care and curiosity that I received during visit not sure how much more could be gained. Appointment was at 10am and got there about 15 minutes early and was taken straight back seen doctor and less than 45 minutes later was checking out. You can't go to McDonald's drive thru and get in and out that quick. Seriously I have NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever.

Check out person could be more personable and friendly. She is very detached towards people coming out to check out and providing up coming appointments.

I was supposed to have Botox injections, but someone in the Prisma system did not order the Botox nor did they get approval from my insurance company. Therefore, I waited five months for this visit and could not receive my botox injections... Now I have to wait until they get approval for my injections that I normally get every three months. The "PRISMA" system is the problem, not the doctor or the nurse! Dr Bollu and his nurse are excellent! That's the only reason I keep coming back is because of them, certainly not Prisma Health!

Dr. Bollu has my complete trust and respect. I am always treated with respect and my questions are always answered. He is hands down the best physician I have ever had. Very caring. He listens.

I waited in my exam room 1 hour 15 minutes past my appointment. Office did not appear to be that busy. No one bothered to come in and let me know why I was waiting so long. This is the 2nd time this has occurred

I was supposed to have had a sleep study done prior to this visit, but it was never set up. So that while The visit itself was fine, except for a long wait beforehand, it was essentially a wasted trip since I had not had to sleep study that this was supposed to be a follow-up for, and I did not know that either. A missed link...

My prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy but I was able to get it straight. I am very happy with the treatment I have received at Prisma Neurology

I had the best office visit I had ever had from the check in to being taken to the waiting room and Dr Bollu was the best listening to my concerns and very respectful/caring thank you Prisma Health for exceptional care?

Faster MyChart response, send medication to correct pharmacy, 11-12 medications is a task to keep filled which I fill my medication box up once a week. AM, Noon and PM medication boxes.

Not sure. Dr. Bollu did a great job explaining things to me about the sleep study.

Dr. Bollu said he was going to recommend me to an endocrinologist. I never got clarification as to whether or not he was supposed to tell me what was going to be, which he didn't, or whether or not he was going to check with someone and then have their office call me. And I called the office and got no response in 24 hours, as it was suggested I should get a response. So at this point, I don't know if I'm going to see an endocrinologist. I don't know if someone's been picked out. I don't know if I want someone to be referred to me, and I will expect a call from a doctor's office, so I don't know. As an elderly person, I really get concerned about those little things, and I'm still getting used to South Carolina's treatment plans and referral system. So after 20 months, I'm kind of a little concerned

Hire more Doctors like Dr. Bollu.
