Have more consideration of patients long wait while in examination rooms. It seemed excessive to me.

A brief consultation with provider after blood had been taken for tests and before I checked out would have been helpful. Otherwise, a very good experience and thorough annual check-up.

The ancillary staff was so busy putting up Christmas decorations out the waiting area that most appointments were back up. I was waiting well over 30 minutes, and others also. The MD was waiting for me but unaware what was going on out in the waiting area.

Honestly I don't think anyone I interacted with could have done more to make me feel heard, respected and cared for. I am very happy I found this practice for my care needs going forward as I age. 5 stars!
