I can't think of anything they could have done better or more. I answered all my questions completely and made sure I was apprised at every facet of the surgery.

There is not anything, I had a great experience with Dr Hodge & his staff.

All the other doctors are confident in replacing the stimulator. But Dr Hodge didn't seem to be that. Hopefully the surgery goes well with having Boston Scientific being there, giving the instructions...

Will need help signing up to get records, contact MD, etc. Will ask at next visit to pain clinic.

This was my third appointment at this facility. Everyone that I saw was professional, helpful, and friendly. Always a pleasure.

Good morning, I was just going to call the office. They mentioned they were gonna call something into my pharmacy, for the pain in my back. I have not heard from anybody, not the office, or the pharmacy. Not sure what happened.

Everyone was kind and helpful. I would love getting my surgery scheduled sooner. I've been out of work for 4 months and can't do this forever.

Great visit. I came with questions about managing a chronic condition and left with several options to consider. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. I was encouraged to contact them at any time with additional questions or to proceed with treatment.

It would good if I could have a recording or a written details of the visit to share with my family.

Nothing. Excellent visit. I'm actually disappointed that I won't have a reason to see Dr.Hodge again. He is wonderful.

My biggest issue was timing. I was scheduled for a 20 minute appt slot, I was roomed at my scheduled time. However, it was over an hour before a provider came in to see me. I actually had to walk out the room to see if they had forgotten about me. The provider then comes into the room and essentially tells me, I may have possibly been diagnosed. So a total of 2 hours of time wasted, when the provider had access to my MRI already. Just seems this could have been a phone call rather than an actual appointment.

I was totally satisfied with my visit. NO IMPROVEMENT NEEDED!

Everyone was polite, answered my questions and appeared knowledgeable about my care.

My appointment was at 11:40. I waited in the exam room for 37 minutes with no communication from anyone and no apology for having to wait that long and I was in my car after seeing the dr for less than 5 minutes.

All was good. Dr Hodge is awesome.

My appt was at 10:40, which I arrived on time for. I did not speak to the doctor until 11:35 and then only for 5 min. No apology for making me wait 55 minutes, nothing. He basically told me he did not know why I was referred to him given I did not have the normal symptoms that leads to surgery. In addition to not caring about my wait time, I was most disappointed he did not recommend anything or anyone that could help with my back pain.

None at this time. All good.

The provider didn't offer me different options, I had to ask for it.

Basically I was told I things I could do..talk to my ortho about it bc he couldn't do anything. He could have told me over the phone. Waste of resources to hear what he couldn't do n to just keep talking to my orthopedic dr.

Not a thing! Dr Hodge was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time going over my tests and ultimately my surgery. I am very at ease knowing he will be operating on me.

I asked for more detailed information on the possible surgery I may have and they gave me all the info right away.

The appointment was a complete waste of time and money. The Doctor had no interest in helping in anyway. Basically said after review, you are fine and I can't help. There was absolutely no reason for me to waste 3 hours and my money for this appointment. I could have been told this over MyChart that I was fine. Complete waste of time and the Nurse was extremely short and rude when I was leaving.

Our prescriptions were not called in until a few days after the appointment. When we called back and had to speak with the on-call person for Dr. Hodge, we were treated disrespectfully and accused of being pill-seeking. And we are still waiting on the office manager to give us a call back. We still have not heard from his office.

My care was excellent and expedient. I trust that Dr Hodge will give my referring office the result of our discussion. I was even called in for a cancellation appointment. The only problem I see is that the offer for cancellation appointment is that the only notice that it is there is text. I'm not always available to check texts and the opportunity is lost.

Been better about seeing me on time I waited at least 45 minutes past my appointment time. Then had about 10 minutes with the doctor.

The wait time was very long. Not sure if that was a scheduling issue or what.

I was told to expect a phone call to schedule a surgery appointment. As of today I have not been contacted and I am getting anxious about it.

I don't understand why I had to make a 4 hour round trip just to schedule a surgery when I could've been told over the phone!
