The doctors and nurses asked me questions and got to know me versus my condition or my elements I feel like they genuinely were concerned for me and my well-being and wanted to provide the best care possible

Nothing more because everyone was competent, kind, caring, and concerned about me as an individual

The check in process was a longer wait than normal. There were several people in line but no additional staff to help speed the check in process
