I didn't have any complaints. I just wanted to compliment. I've never been to a better place in my life. I'm going to try not to cry. But they have been very kind to me and very good. And I just want to say, thank y'all.

Honestly, I cannot think of one thing. I am so grateful for Dr. Kuhlman and his staff. He is so knowledgeable, proactive, understanding, and willing to follow up on concerns that I have. Thank you for excellent care.

I have nothing but praise for Dr Kuhlman who is kind and compassionate as well as excellent in his medical expertise. From the moment I arrive to check in, the ladies welcome me in a most pleasant way, the lab staff is extraordinary, as are those assisting the during the dr appointment. I applaud every precious nurse in the infusion area. They are exemplary in every way. Truly their compassion and sweet spirit is a calling and means so much to everyone that is on such a journey. I am grateful to receive such care every appointment that I have at the Eastside office. I can also give the staff at the Ambulatory Center that I visit frequently now the same praise. Just extraordinary staffing indeed.

There are serious billing problems with my account that make me want to seek future medical help at another hospital.

I have nothing to add, except that it's an excellent clinic, excellent staff, excellent care, excellent in every way. Thank you so much for coming here, and the doctors, nurses, and office staff all treated me very well. Thank you so much for everything, and God bless you.

The doctors and nurses asked me questions and got to know me versus my condition or my elements I feel like they genuinely were concerned for me and my well-being and wanted to provide the best care possible

Nothing more because everyone was competent, kind, caring, and concerned about me as an individual

The check in process was a longer wait than normal. There were several people in line but no additional staff to help speed the check in process

Scheduling changes among various locations & providers became a bit stressful trying to keep up with changes & locations. My Chart does not provide addresses which would be most helpful.
