Once the renal artery ultrasound showed a blockage I was referred to Dr Patrick Hall. I did not meet him until the morning of my procedure. He attended me well.

The staff and Doctor were very helpful, polite, and friendly. The Doctor explained my situation and supported my concerns about another recent ailment not associated with Cardiology by referring me to another specialist in reference to my Gastro problem.

Dr. Hall is very patient and helpful with the better journey to explore. And the team worked well together as they processed me. Thanks, job well done!

I had an appointment with Dr Hall for 10:00 am. I was not called in until 11:15 That is totally unacceptable and something should be done about scheduling Dr Hall's appointments. This has happened often with him.

I Feel Like My Visit Was A Waste Of His Time And Mine. I Still Did Not Get And Answer About My Refill. I Guess I Have To Wait 6 Months To Get My Heart Medicine.

Really I believe Prisma has things covered. The check in was fast,the nursing staff took care was on point with all tasks,the doctors were organized with there jobs,and recovery room staff were alert and responded to my every need. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. Could not have had a better experience.

I would have liked to have had a choice as to which device I needed to wear for my heart echo, for the heartbeat. The patch that the girl put on me, when I had to take it off, it pulled the skin off. I'm notoriously thin-skinned and I don't do tape well at all. But there was another device that was available that I wasn't told about until after the one with the tape had already been administered on my skin.

THE NURSE THAT GOT A BLOOD SAMPLE FROM ME WAS NOT AS FRIENDLY AS THE OTHER ONES, BUT SHE COULD HAVE HAD A BAD DAY

None; I was treated royally.

14 years ago I had a heart attack. They were on me like white on rice. I was in emergency upstairs 20 minutes later they installed a stent. It was better than going to the dentist no pain. Everything explained stayed in the hospital three days everyone write down to the janitor was a class act! Over these 14 years my heart doctors have been the best doctors of any state I've ever been in.

Get wider exam tables, the ones You have are too small for larger people.
