I found the store overwhelming and think a staff member could show me which protein and meal replacements to actually buy. The person working the store was very unhelpful and not knowledgeable enough to help.

There couldn't possibly be any improvements made. Every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and made me feel like I matter to them. I'm very pleased with my treatment there.

My doctor was 20 minutes late. I got a phone call 10 minutes before the appointment telling me I didn't need this appointment. Asked me if I wanted to cancel. Providers seem uninterested really in the appointment since it was an extra appointment. I didn't get a lot of feedback.
