The care provided was excellent. A some what scary appointment, turned out to be not scary at all. I left out thankful that FNP Keels provided such compassionate and supportive care. She explained everything throughly and I felt so comfortable knowing she was my provider!

The nurse practitioner that took care of me was EXCELLENT!! She listened to all of my concerns and address every issue when we were done, I asked her could I give her a hug and she hugged me!!

My only suggestion-Heated Supplies for Comfort • Warm Speculums: Use heated or room-temperature speculums to reduce discomfort.. • Heated Lubricants: If lubricant is used, warming it slightly (while ensuring compatibility with cytology) can ease insertion. • Warm Exam Rooms: Maintain a comfortable ambient temperature to reduce anxiety and physical discomfort. • Single-Use Heated Speculums: Consider devices with built-in warming elements for consistent comfort.

I would have liked to be able to schedule back with this provider. I really enjoyed the visit. But I was advised that I could not because I had seen a different provider in the past.

This provider was great. I would just suggest to keep up the great work. I was thoroughly pleased with my visit.
