Not sure! To many contradictions from doctors! Sometimes I don't feel like they actually know what is going on with me. Everything is on a laptop no chart in hand like it use to be. I know they are trying to do the best they can but at my expense.

Exit door did not have a button to make it open. Automatically difficult went on a walker. Entrance did for some reason.

My care by Dr. Patel was excellent. They treated me with respect and explained the procedure and the results of the procedure and answered my questions so that I understand.

Nothing...every thing was great.

Dr Patel needs to work on his communication and sensitivity with patients. Most doctors, I would think, would welcome a patient who took responsibility for their health, was eager to make lifestyle changes, who researched their condition and came to the appt prepared with questions. In his manner, Patel seems annoyed or dismisses these positive traits in a patient. I'm not questioning his competence, rather his arrogance and the poor job he does in explaining things. I look forward to finding a new cardiologist who is more respectful of my efforts to improve and learn about my condition.

We had no problems at all. Everything was explained to us. We only had a 15 minute white prior to the appointment. Our experience was very good.

The male tech that did my work up was not very friendly and he mumbled I had trouble understanding what he was saying. Did EKG and left me exposed much longer than females I've had in the past. He made me uncomfortable.

I can't think of a thing you need to do. The Dr. was informative and knowledgeable about why I was there for a visit. He was outstanding and personable. I left there satisfied that we had covered all the questions. I would recommend him to family and friends. The staff were ready for me and they followed thru all we needed to get done before the visit with the Dr. very impressive with the whole visit !!!!!

All good. The only minor difficulty was finding the location. 8 is not on any of the directional signage. We had to ask directions at the Children's Hospital.

I was very pleased with my visit. my diagnosis and my treatment option were explained. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. My questions were answered.

I cannot think of one. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was cared for.

The staff were very pleasant. It is nice to go to a medical facility and everyone seems to enjoy their jobs, everyone was smiling! Loved their positive attitudes. Dr. Patel was very helpful and listened to what I had to say. great work environment.

The provider could have provided information for a follow-up appointment to address ongoing concerns directly and, yeah.

Everyone in the office was fabulous, kind, efficient, and courteous. However the lady at the desk in the atrium was and always is curt and short for no reason. I have seen her do that every time I have dealt with her when I have come in. She acts as if we are bothering her. She is not representative of everyone else there and it is sad. Maybe she does not realize it?

To me I don't think there is anything else the care team could do. I was in and out, but still my doctor explained everything to me where I understood. He also listened to me when I asked him questions.

It was a great first time experience.

The furniture in the waiting rooms on the second and third floors needs attention or replacement. They are as old as the building and show it.
