    The odor in waiting rooms was horrible. Doctors office was clean and smelled okay. Carpet in hallways and waiting area smelled like a nursing home. I don't want to return to this office due to the odor.

    The staff member was in a rush to do vital signs and leave the room. Dr Ganem asks what are my concerns before she starts her assessment. That is really wonderful. And then she addresses my issues. I feel I am a partner in my care!

    My second visit seeing Dr.GANEM. Her Demeanor is pure kindness. She ordered a test to determine Efficacy of continuing the medication I'm on beyond five years. I appreciate that she did that. I am very pleased with her approach to treating her patients.

    Dr. Ganem is incredibly caring and kind, in addition to being a thoughtful and attentive oncologist. She read about my previous cancers, asked questions, and gave me clarity when I had questions about my care. I'd switched to her care after becoming disenchanted with the neglect of my previous oncologist, and I wish I'd made that decision sooner. I don't think there is a single thing that could have been improved with the care I've received from her.

    My mammogram results were not in at the time of my annual visit with my oncologist. It certainly would have been helpful for them to have been in. They should have been in at the time of my appointment.

    I found it to be disrespectful to call me the day before my visit to ask me to come in 30 minutes early. It was especially disconcerting that I was told this was "standard" procedure. If you require a patient to be there 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment the appointment should be made with that in mind. Changing it the afternoon before an early morning appointment is not respectful of the patients time and doesn't take into account any difficulties that may be encountered a result of this last minute change. Some people have to arrange time away from work or for rides to an appointment and may not be able to accommodate such a change easily. I was also bothered by being asked to complete duplicate paperwork after I had already answered the questions in the pre appointment online questionnaire. It would be more respectful of the patient's time to have all forms available online and discontinue in the office forms for those who take the time to complete the required documentation prior to the visit. I understand the in office forms would still be necessary for those unable to complete forms online but there is certainly no need for redundancy.

    Yes, they misscheduled my mammogram. They scheduled, I'm a male, and they scheduled a female mammogram. A male has to have a different type of mammogram. And I was supposed to get it done the same day. Now I can't get it to three weeks later. This is a dissatisfaction.

    The resident assisting Dr. Ganem was friendly but did not seem familiar with my medical history. The questions she asked me were based on her assumptions and not my actual medical history.

    The check out person was not enjoying her day. I felt like she was just going through the motions even though her attitude was poor. I also asked her to make me two appointments and I felt like I was imposing. Had not experienced before....but it was not a pleasant experience.

    I was very pleased with the wait time , this visit. Previous visits to this location had resulted in very long wait times before seeing the doctor. This visit there was almost no wait time and I was thrilled. Hope it continues
