I love the practice! I have been a patient for over 10 years. He Dr DeHoll knows how I am and respects my decision! His staff answers my questions on my chart in a quick and timely manner!

With this being a brand new building, it would be helpful to have guides, welcome staff, etc., at the main entrance and on each floor near the elevators just until patients become familiar with the facility. When I registered on the 2nd floor the gal at the desk didn't know where I should go to wait, "just down there anywhere" pointing toward the E & F area.

I felt like I had the support I needed!

We were not informed the office had moved. There were others in the same situation. If I go online the old address is what I see.

Absolutely nothing! My Daughter was with me, this was my very first visit. Even my daughter loved Dr.Deholl! He is so very sweet and very caring. He was so honest and even my daughter is going to ask for referral to Dr.Deholl because she loved his professionalism. And honesty. I will definitely be using him for all my back needs!

It would have been helpful if nurse had worn a name tag. MD's name was embroidered on his lab coat. I asked the nurse her name - no name tag.

Dr.De Holl was super nice & explained things concerning my upcoming neck fusion surgery so well!! I am very pleased with him & his staff???

The physician did not know my history and I had been seeing him for over a year. kept bringing up my weight. Always reports I ambulate fine without supportive devices. I've walked with difficulty for over two years now with a cane. Continually tells me to go to pain management and not bother him. Dr. Deholl is the worst.

I understood but none of my family would've been able to.

I was able to select an appointment online, however, I received a call asking if I "wanted" to change appointments because of previous treatment. Then I was told I had to change, not an option to change. Don't allow me to make appointments online if you are just going to cancel and reschedule me at a MUCH later date. Girl who I spoke with in scheduling was not pleasant to deal with.
