I really do not think my visit could be improved upon. My experience with Dr. Wells was fantastic. I was a new patient and I just enjoyed and loved the way she cared about me and my history. This was probably my most positive medical visit. I've never met a doctor that I enjoyed being with as much.

Dr Wells was very informative and knowledgeable about my concerns and treatments. She worked with me on areas and do not push me into something I was not quite willing to try yet.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The check it woman even suggested I take care of bloodwork the same day since I had an appointment for the next day. That was appreciated.

Nothing!! Was the best treatment

Only thing I would like to have gotten is a follow up visit to confirm what I should do next.

Was brought back over 30min past my appointment time without any acknowledgment of the delay. Didn't see my provider until 1hr past my appointment time.

Labs and ability to get testing for things like strep or covid done there. Also prisma urgent care offices under the full Prisma network. At present they are separate so Financial Assistance is not applied to those visits. Nurses running interference like they are linebackers for their doctors is a bit over top. Advocating for ones line of treatment, especially with a long history of similar conditions, is not a threat to a doctors ego or their credentials. Especially when they have known you barely a year and you have been dealing with your health condition and know your body for some 40 years!

Honestly, I can't think of a thing. My experience with Dr. Wells and all the staff was extremely positive and calming.

My only complaint was the long wait. The doctor's office seemed busy, but when I went for the labs, no one was there and I still waited 30 minutes.

Receptionist could have been friendlier All other employees Chad were great. I was afraid but they got me thru it.

Not having to wait 45 minutes to see my doctor

It took me about three months to get my initial appointment. But appointments after that have been easily scheduled. I'm so glad I found this practice. Everyone was so kind and helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.

The new patient appointment process is not good. I originally allied to schedule a new patient visit with one of your providers and after spending a lot of time on the phone with the scheduling person, giving them all the insurance information etc. I was told that someone would call me back to schedule the appt. I waited for a couple of weeks and no one called me. I called to follow up on the status of the appointment and was told that the doctor (not dr. Wells) was no longer accepting new patients (even though your website clearly stated that they were accepting new patients) and no one ever bothered to call me and let me know. This set us back multiple weeks in trying to get an appointment. We finally were able to get an appointment with Dr. Wells (4 months later) and she was great.

Checked MyChart but did not find information regarding test results

I've only had two visits so it would be difficult to respond.

This was my first visit to IMA.I waited half an hour past my appointment time. I thought I had been overlooked as no one acknowledged that my wait time would be extended. This was not a good start.

I was referred to ENT for an acute problem. I got an ENT appointment 4+ months in the future with a PA that is not going to be able to help me. I need a relatively quick appointment with a doctor.

Try to get a patient in sooner. I waited 7 months. That meant going to urgent care for any need. It also meant getting a referral wasn't easy at all. After moving to Greenville that process made life difficult with all the other pressures.

If the doctor would have asked if there was anything else I needed to talk about at the end, I would have been reminded to look at my list. I take ownership that I should remember that on my own. However, a reminder is helpful. I wasn't able to address all of my concerns and felt the appointment ended a little abruptly.

Dr. Wells is just a fantastic doctor. She is always prepared with knowledge regarding my mom's present situation, whether it be notes from the Social Worker or the Neurologist. She is patient and listens closely to our concerns, never making us feel rushed or like she is just checking the boxes. We are consistently impressed by her approach to my mom's care, genuine concern, and logical approach to attacking each new challenge we face. We feel fortunate to have Mom under her care.

There is nothing else I can think of that would have made my visit better as every aspect of the visit was as perfect as any reasonable individual could expect.

I think it would have been good to not assume I knew to check MyChart and to verify different things. I had to ask multiple questions in the MyChart area. I think it would have been better if they told me about that ability to do that. Don't assume everybody's familiar with MyChart or if you don't get a response from the patient, give them a phone call and make sure that things are good. Don't assume everybody knows to look at MyChart. Thank you.

Olivia Wells is a fabulous doctor! And provides excellent care; and her nurse is top drawer as well! I am so thankful to have such fantastic health care providers. The very BEST!
