Get Authorized Certification from Hotizon Bkue/Cross so Amazon Pharmacy can fill my prescription "asap"! Already had Horizon Blue Cross fax "Authorization Request" to be filled & returned to Horizon Blue Cross & they will send to Amazon Pharmacy. During my Visit I "advised" this should take place..it didn t!

I felt cared for and heard. It was a great experience.

I can not think of any way Dr Lugon could improve his show of concern for patient and knowledge of health issues. Dr Lugon called to let me know results of liver biopsy even though posted on My Chart. Most test results are not understood by patient until explained by physician.

I had a great visit with a doctor I trust. He and his staff made me feel comfortable on this first visit, listened to me and helped me make plans for future medical procedures.It was very professional!

Add a pad to open the door to the clinic for people like me who use a wheelchair or power scooter. The door to the building had this, but not the door to the clinic itself. Fortunately, a group of people in red shirts (maybe workers?) were downstairs and one of them came over and opened the clinic door for me.

No suggestions because all was well.

Totally satisfied. I am thankful Dr. Lugon devised a plan to hopefully help me with my health problems.
