One question did not get a clear answer on

I did.not know who was treating me. They did not wear a name tag or introduce themselves. I assumed they were a NP, but you mentioned a doctor's name?!?! I was t have an apppointment made while at the rehab facility, but it was a mo th out. An alert visiting nurse made the call to.get staples out and only then was an appointment made! It seemed as if I fell throufh the cracks!

I cannot think of anything that should have occurred but didn't. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

Everyone was so nice, and they're friendly, and they're very helpful. I would definitely go back there again if I had to. I can't say enough good stuff about them.

Yes, I'm in a lot of pain, and since they waived my CPR, they just refused to give me anything for pain. And it's been a run around everywhere I go with Prisma, no matter who the doctor is or who the nurse is.

I fell and broke my hip and pelvis.. ask me when ambulance wanted to take me..I said Prisma and all my doctors are affiliated there..had best care from when I was admitted to my discharge..love Prisma!!!
