Perfect visit meeting my needs.

The employee at the check-out desk was incredibly loud and unprofessional, having a public non-work conversation back and forth to the employees in the check-in area. Very annoying and stressful to have to listen to that in the waiting area for 15+ minutes.

I can not think of anything. From entering the office and the check in process I was impressed with the efficiency and courteous way I was treated. Dr Kennedy was amazing, was well versed in my medical background and addressed any questions I had. I never felt rushed and always felt I had his full attention. I came in hoping to find a new primary care physician and am hoping he will continue to care for me. I felt I had a huge weight lifted finding such a caring physician.

I don't have any comment on how it could be improved. My doctor is great. Everyone was wonderful. I was treated well. Came away completely trusting in him and his advice. So I'm very thankful. And I thank you and the hospital and everybody there. Thank you.

The visit was very productive. Dr. Kennedy spent a great deal of time helping me navigate an issue and guiding me as we decided on the best treatment plan. He's a very approachable and caring physician.

Dr. Kennedy was very highly recommended by peers, trusted colleagues and my own patients. He is professional, kind, and ensure that there is a collaboration between the physician and the patient. I did not feel rushed at any point during the appointment. He encouraged questions I wanted to make sure all my concerns were addressed before I leave for an appointment. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a caring and thorough primary care physician. I was very impressed at the wait time from check-in to the time that Dr. Kennedy walked into the room. Also, they are very efficient in this practice. My labs were drawn shortly after my appointment. Again, I would highly recommend Dr. Kennedy and this practice any day.

Hard to relate an improvement. Staff went out of their way to make things work smoothly We even talked about that after we left Dr Kennedy is always attentive and makes us very comfortable about discussing problems Then he discusses possibilities and then helps us with. choosing one.

Dr. Kennedy and his staff are always courteous, professional and caring. Dr. Kennedy is very thorough with his patients. Actually, I thank God for Dr Kennedy and his expertise. My friend started going to him, her Internist seemed to have no clue how to help her. I referred her to Dr Kennedy, he literally saved her life by consistently following up with her and her labs. Getting her on the right meds and the right life saving referrals that she needed. He is such a caring person.

Dr. Kennedy could have done nothing more. We reviewed recent and older labs and MRIs to determine appropriate action plan. I'm with Prisma because I trust Dr. Kennedy and appreciate his collaborative approach to solutions.

I would have liked to have had the doctor assure me that he knew my history because I had moved from out of town and when we were discussing my present symptoms that he knew them and without me having to recall events in my past medical history and a more conclusive type of interview. But basically that's all I think I would rather have had. Just a knowledge that he kind of knew me from reading the chart a little bit better. Thank you.

Please let me know if the doctor is not going to be there. I had questions. I went to the doctor's appointment thinking he was there and he wasn't. And the nurse gave me Curley a shot, which I had wanted to ask questions about. So I did not know that it was an appointment without the doctor. They did not specify that in the text on my chart.

I wish there had been more discussion about medication side effects. I know the "rare" ones are unlikely, but it might have been helpful to discuss that some to hear his perspective rather than coming home and reading about them online.

Other than 1st appt time for establishing care everything was very good. Very impressed with Dr Kennedy and his nurse. Also with facility and access to xrays and blood work.

I wish I had know labs were to occur during the visit. I would have drank a lot more water.

It was another exceptional visit with Dr. Kennedy. He is an amazing physician who always takes the time to listen to my concern's. He's very thorough and maintains a professional yet approachable demeanor. Dr. Kennedy is truly as asset to Prisma's medical staff.

I have a lot of trust in my doctor and the nurse with all my answers and what they do they're very helpful explaining things to me and taking very very good care of me and listening. If I have a problem, my doctor sends me to the place I need to go with whatever is bothering me. He does a wonderful job
