Everything was good until time for me to leave and check out and no one was at the check out desk for me to tell that he wanted me to come back in 6 months or to check me out as everyone was gone at 4:30 pm. I believe that those taking care of checkouts should have at LEAST one person on those check out desks until at least 5:15 so the last patients are taken care of properly.

Not related to the pulmonologist, but Prisma sent me to collections while I was paying more than the offered payment plan and before all insurance claims were processed. That is ridiculous and makes me question the Prisma system

Yes, Dr. Fuerst , whenever I do visit him, he shows total respect. He listens. He doesn't seem to be in a rush. And his staff members are very cordial, very respectful. I have no complaints about Dr. Fuerst and his staff. Thank you.

There was nothing you could do that would be better than the experience I had. The facility was great, on time, courteous and efficient. Dr. Nicholas FUERST was fabulous and understood my concerns and he was very candid and informative.

I did not care for the woman's attitude when I checked in. Otherwise, I had a great experience

I absolutely love Dr Fuerst. Excellent physician. I was released into the care of oncology but he made it clear if I needed him I could call. Caring person.

It would have been nice if the tech who took my vitals could have smiled and been friendly! All I got was a "hello" with her back facing me. They should be the ones to make the patient feel comfortable since a doctor's visit isn't a social visit. Most of us are a little anxious to be there anyway. If one isn't happy with their job maybe one needs a new one!
