No complaints at all.

The front desk receptionist (check in person) did not provide a welcoming or inviting check-in experience. However, the professionalism and customer service demonstrated by the rest of the team during my visit were positive and helped balance the overall experience.

The nurse did not clean her hands when entering the room and before putting the thermometer in my mouth

None noted. Dr. K. is always very attentive, intuitive and provides excellent care for me.

Nothing I had no issues whatsoever. Everyone was kind courteous. I think my doctor is an excellent doctor. Dr. K was excellent with me. We discussed everything. She explained everything. The person at the front desk was very personable. I have nothing negative to say.

No need for improvement! There whole staff are so easy to work with!

Every thing was good

It was a referral visit so it took a little longer to get in. I was very impressed with the doctor she had gone over my file in MyChart before meeting with me. After talking and examine me she showed me things about previous X-rays and scans that I had and discussed in detail what she thought and how she wanted to proceed.

I really appreciate my doctor! She sits and talks to me and it makes me feel like a friend or family. I take so much medication and is so good to work with me on how to take all my meds!!

Dr. K did everything right. There is nothing she could have done to make my visit there any better.

My visit with Dr. Kuchipudi was great. I have no complaints.

Have nurses slow down. They appear to just get vital signs quickly so they can leave the room. I felt like I was just another number.

Everything was absolutely very professional and very thorough. I had more care and information about needing some tests done to get to the issues I had than I have ever had with any other doctor. I am totally happy with my doctor and staff.

I felt that I was treated with respect and that my input was not dismissed simply because I am a senior citizen. I appreciate that. I did not lose my intelligence just because I got older. Some systems may have upgraded but that doesn't mean I lack the ability to comprehend just because things have changed since I last worked in a hospital.

I think that I was treated real well. The doctor was very concerned about my problem. He let me know everything, what I could do about my problem. There's no really way I can tell you that they're to support nothing, but she did everything that a person should do about supporting somebody. Thank you.

I am totally satisfied with Dr. Kuchipudi and trust her judgment. For the first time in years I have gotten some relief. The arthritis hasn't gone away and never will but at least I now get partial relief under Dr. Kuchipudi's care.

Yes, I met with a different doctor and she had two assistants like they were observing. And then my regular doctor came in after that. I didn't get a chance to ask about my hip pain. That seemed to get forgotten about. And I did ask questions about my illness and they were able to answer those as best I could, and I was satisfied with that. But it was just confusing with so many people working with me.

The medical assistant needs to introduce herself with her name and title stated before asking medical and personal questions. An introduction is 101. Medical assistant need to learn that you want to establish who you are and what you'll be doing.

I had quite a few health issues going on. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I felt supported by my nurse and doctor. They both listened while I explained everything and supported me by answering all my questions. I felt I was in good hands.

No because Dr. K is great. She listens and speaks to you in a personable way. She knows what she is doing. Her staff is kind and very pleasant
