My visit could not have been better. I was treated with courtesy, compassion and kindness by Dr MOROSKI and staff. I was listened to, my issues were addressed and my options were explained in detail. I feel very confident in Dr MOROSKI and his care

Everyone in the front office and physician's rooms are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I want to clarify my answer regarding the question on nurses. I really had very little interaction with nurses. Consequently I could not answer the question appropriately.

Everything went fantastic, the doctor diagnosed the problem recommended treatment and we now have clear path for improvement. He came highly recommended by some friends in the medical field and he exceeded expectations.

Dr Moroski is the very best. Each and every time I see him, hes professional, knowledgeable and he repaired my mangled knee. I thank him so much for his excellent work.

I can't think of any, Dr Moroski and his staff and the facility are the best. In fact it's the only doctor I ever go to that takes me earlier than my appointment time. Regularly.

Nothing could be improved. Everything was great from the front staff to the nurses and especially Dr. Moroski... he was the best as usual!!!

Explained treatment options in pre op check in by nurse. Broken bone Pulled ligament Damaged tissue etc since it's a brand new injury and first time for me.

This isn't a criticism, more of a suggestion. I had to wait a bit more that an hour to see the doctor, which is extremely unusual for this doctor and practice. He explained an emergency situation which I fully understood. It would have been nice if I had been informed along the way.

Doctor told me to take some therapy but never got any information

I would love fewer echeck in questions when the appointment is an annual checkup. Many are N/A unless a new injury or challenge.

Yes, so in terms of constructive feedback, I would have greatly appreciated if the doctor brought the x-ray that was taken. When we walked in, the doctor said, the nurse said that they were going to take an x-ray of our child's muscles. Unfortunately, the doctor did not bring a copy of that in the room. about what the exact result was, x-ray result was. He did not communicate anything pertaining to the x-ray result, which quite frankly, when I hear x-ray, I want to hear and or see it. In fact, I would like to actually see it. And in fact, to make matters even worse, today, we had called and asked for a copy of the x-ray, being that it was not described, it was not talked about, it was not even I have a little kid.

There couldn't have been another thing that was done any better, period. They are a wonderful team. Sympathetic and knowledgeable, period. They get an A plus from me, period.

All the staff and doctors were great. Everyone did an excellent job. One piece that I believe would make a difference is maybe when the child, in this case for me, is having surgery, maybe get in the prescriptions like the day before. In the case something is needed on the way home for In my case, my child was in severe pain after leaving the surgery center. I mean, it was, we couldn't go more than two miles when we had to make a lot of changes to get the medication that he needed to control some of the pain that he was in. We had a approximately two hour drive

I don't know of anything else that could have been done to make my visit more supportive. I was very happy with all that the staff and Dr. did for me. The only thing is the wait time could be a little better. Thank you

The visit was as expected. Everyone is always kind and respectful.

This was an initial assessment. I believe the caregiver has my best interest in mind. It's up to the insurance company to decide if they agree with the assessment.

I have no complaints either medical or social to complain about. Nurse and Doctor were warm and welcoming.

Nothing really. It would have been great to have an appointment sooner than 1 month out due to my dad's age and nature of fall. But else was thrilled to see Dr. Moroski !

Everyone at office was professional, kind and helpful

After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time, the receptionist announced that my doctor was running 45 minutes behind schedule. It was frustrating to wait over an hour past my appointment time.

I would have liked to see the x-rays that were taken so that I could see the severity of the arthritis in my right shoulder. I have since asked for a copy of it.

I was asked if I wanted a print out of a summary of meeting. I said yes and it was a printout of anytime my son had been at Prisma. I was told we have surgery haven a date and time. No one talked about the price what insurance would cover ect.

It took quite a while to get an appointment or get approved for the MRI. It was two months after his accident. I would have liked to have had an option to have it done a lot sooner than was available.

Had to wait45 mins past my appt time to see the provider. Did not see a nurse at all. No new X-rays were done. Felt like my knee pain was just dismissed as arthritis.

Trust and respect we're very professional.

It disappoints me when a physician does not ask if there is anything I would like to share. I understand there is a time constraint, but I feel that what a patient mostly does is answer questions. I did ask a few questions, but it would just be nice if the patient had one or two minutes to share their own insights.

Our daughter's experience was fantastic. We appreciated Dr. Moroski seeing and treating our daughter so soon after her injury. Everyone involved in the process treated us with patience, respect and care.

My diagnosis was a surprise. I was not expecting to hear"knee replacement". I had no idea I had bone on bone arthritis. That is not the fault of anyone at Blue Ridge. That is the fault of radiology at AnMed. They did not communicate well. Dr Moroski and his staff were exemplary in their care for me. I will be having my knee replacement done by Dr Moroski as soon as possible.

I would have liked an appointment sooner than the one that was scheduled for me. I have been in a lot of pain and could have benefited from something sooner. Also, it would be a great service to your clients if you offered the ability to be put on a call list when a cancellation occurred.
