Both of the registration representatives at the counter were on the phone, so someone in a cubicle behind them finally checked me in, but apparently the doctor thought I wasn't there initially because it took so long to check me in. I mean, the two people at the counter you know, don't need to be on the phone at the same time with patients. Not sure how you can fix that.

Could not have asked for more. Previous records had not been received, but Dr. Smoak was able to find previous doctor's records on the internet.

I wish regular appointments not just wellness checks were longer. The 15 minute regular appointments are not enough time if you really have questions. I believe that this is generally felt by most senior patients in particular.

The physicians assistant needs to be fired. She does not answer phone messages when I scolded her a second time she called in the wrong prescription. It's always like this hell to get prescriptions renewed. I have to make an appointment and come into the doctor to get prescription prescriptions. I start one month before I run out of a drug to get it renewed and this time I was out of my thyroid replacement two weeks before the pharmacist finally got it for me. It is ridiculous that I need to come into the doctor to get any results. The pharmacist at Patrick Square says she has three other people in the same predicament calls from the insurance company are always ignored as are my calls. I've said this before as it is a problem with any of the doctors in this practice. Fire someone and clean it up.

Outstanding care

This was a wellness visit. I had some questions for the doctor which she promptly answer. She is professional, yet kind in weighing her answers. I am very fortunate to be a patient of Dr Smoak.

I was to get x-rays on my right hip I went upstairs at 11:30 sat there for a hour waiting to be called back to get them done. I knocked on the door asked told them about that I was to get the x-rays been sitting there for a hour waiting she told me she was out for lunch and would be back at 1:00 pm. I told her I wasn't sitting there any longer. I left and I'll go back. I'm not happy about having to go back

My first visit to this facility and I was very impressed. Everyone was helpful and professional. I was taken care of in a timely manor. My concerns were addressed and follow up care was scheduled.

I was treated with trust & respect. No problems from my Dr & nurse at all!!!

These practices at Patrick Square could all be better if there was someone responsible for prescription refills. The insurance companies call in and it is ignored. I have come over and my requests are ignored. The only way to get refills is to make an appointment with a doctor, which seems silly. Some one person has to take responsibility, so it's just not shoved off as, I don't need to do this. So nobody does it.

I was respected enough and everything was done perfectly and at the same time. I thank you.

They did everything professional and great. They listened to anything I had to say and they answered me. I felt very good about the way they treated me.

Honestly, I can't think of anything

This was first visit. This was, by far, one of the best experiences at a doctor's office that I have had. Everyone was very respectful, from the lady at the front desk to the LPN that got my vitals to the doctor. Great experience!

It was fine. I especially appreciate that I'm not treated differently because of my age. Shockingly, I have gone to four different doctors in this area who did not order lab work. I appreciate having someone who does attend to specifics of my care.

I have worked closely with Dr. Smoak this spring regarding several health issues. She is attentive, listens carefully, and is fully knowledable regarding the issues I am dealing with. I very much appreciate having her as my primary healthcare provider.
