Continue to listen to your patients. The last couple of visits have been so much more improved over the first few i had.

NP Brown did not read carefully the summary of my recent ER visit that mentioned following up with my primary doctor to address possible acute cystitis. She said everything looked good to her. I also mentioned since I had been on an antibiotic for suspected diverticulitis, I was trying to start eating yogurt daily to keep from having a UTI. Her response was: you can. I was probably the first person to be seen, not that that should have mattered. She did help me to get established with a new doctor. I told her my son-in-law was helping me with GI appt. She still put in for me to be referred.

The visit went very well. They were very professional and polite.

Ms. Brown is an excellent provider. No changes needed.

I just want to say thank you for letting me in because I was very sick. And Dr. Narciss, I love her. She's fantastic. As a matter of fact, I'd like to change from my doctor to her if that's okay with her. Thank you very much.

Hello, I was called to get some medicine for a UTI and then they have checked with the doctor and the doctor evidently found that I had another infection perhaps and ordered some other medicine to be taken in addition to the medicine I'm taking now. But I haven't heard on the phone what is the other medicine for. It's an antibiotic, but when they called to say give me directions how to get the medicine, they didn't mention what it was for. I would really like to know when they're ordering some medicine what's the medicine for. I've received the medicine. There's no problem about that. I'm in agreement to take it. That's good. It just would have been nice if they would have told me what it was for. That's all.

Before I made this apt I called to make sure it was appropriate to come to my internal med office for a sliver in my finger I needed help getting out, and they said they could treat me. But once NP came into the room she hardly looked at my finger and said she's referring me to the Hand Center. I just wish they'd told me that they couldn't treat me when I initially called and not wasted a trip (and $) to be told they were referring me. I would not have came if I knew that. Other than that all the staff were nice.

The appointment was for 3:20 and the nurse called us back on time but we sat in the room for 24 minutes before being seen after the nurse took vitals. Too long. We had other errands to run so being seen on time would have been helpful.
