There wasn't anything you could have done. I've been going to Prisma Health for a long time and everybody there is always polite. They are very, very nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm very pleased with the care that I get there. And thank you very much.

My first time meeting Hook, she is a cute little thing , very professional, very knowledgeable and very attentive, I enjoyed my visit , we talked about my issues and she wanted to help and took the time to listen to what I needed and answered all my questions!

I can't think of any areas of improvement. I am extremely happy with this practice, the faculty, and the quality of medical care.

Everything was great. I ask Hope to do a blood test for my thyroid levels cause I didn't feel like it was the correct dosage. She did a bloodwork and it showed that my levels were off. Changed my medication and in 6 weeks I go back for recheck of my blood levels.

You could not ask for any thing to be better.

From the ladies at the desk, to the nurses/staff and Ms. Hooker, everyone was helpful, kind and considerate.

I was in such pain and had been for almost a week. I was tired on edge and if anyone was upsetting it was me alone. They did not do any mean thing to me I had a bad sinus infection and slight fever I wasn't very nice to them or myself because of extreme headache fever and lack of eating and sleep deprivation. They were all very nice. I apologized to them before I left. Thank goodness started feeling relieved in about 3 hours in getting back home.

I didn't see any need for improvement. I was very pleased with my visit. Hope was the sweetest person. She listened with care. The nurse that took my vitals was super sweet also. The ladies at the sign in desk were also very friendly and sweet. I am very excited to have Hope as my family nurse practitioner. Keep up the amazing work !

Liberty Family Care is wonderful! Everyone is kind and professional. I can't think of anything to change other than updating the waiting room. It's a bit outdated and tired.

No recommendations to offer other than to continue to operate as you are today.. Very pleased with the entire experience.

I can't think of a 'single' thing. I was very impressed by the entire staff and visiting any medical establishment is not my favorite thing to do. But all the staff at Liberty Family Care are friendly , courteous, and make you feel at ease and more like family than a patient! They ask about your family and how you doing and if any problems have risen since last seeing you! 'TOP NOTCH'-'A- ONE'

I answered mostly on one of my questions. I wanted to clarify, I was treated very well. She is new to this area. She was in Seneca and transferred here and I didn't expect her to know all my history. But she listened. And I was very satisfied with everyone there.

I've been a patient at Liberty Family Medical for over a year now. I have enjoyed going there everyone's polite, helpful, and being knowledgeable even the young lady that was in training.

Hoping one day to see all Doctors give patients real pointers on staying healthy instead of just treating symptoms .Help them work towards a solution like they used to do when I was growing up.People want to trust what their doctor tells them.It makes me sad that people are on so many medications.

The care by Dr. Hooker and her team is top notch. I've never experienced such dedication and complete attentiveness to my care at any other facility by any other doctor. She has been thorough with all of my concerns and Testing.
