All of the staff were polite, in good humor, knowledgeable of me and why I was there. I was lead through the visit to your facility quickly and with care. I can't think of anything that could have improved my visit.

I trust Morgan and the staff tremendously. My mother and I have been treated with kindness and respect, even when she has been late to appointments and cannot move very well. You don't find this level of care in all providers these days. I am thankful for your office staff!

Actually, Dr. Lynch did a superb job. She was extremely thorough and went on and set up a follow up appointment with the surgeon I had one meeting with previously to discuss fitting into his prime window to correct my problem I am having. She was extremely knowledgeable and impressive.

Shorten the wait. You request the patient to be 15 minutes early, I was called back on time, but waited 38 minutes before being seen.

I was to get a call to schedule an appointment for surgery and 36 hours later still not call.

Morgan was extremely helpful and provided excellent information on my condition.

They did not reschedule an appointment because they were so booked up. I wish they could reschedule an appointment after the CT scan that is not so far out.

Easier to make appointments when you need them. Location was very important to me. Had to insist that I be seen at this branch. Care while there was very through and professional.

People at registration could be more pleasant. Morgan was knowledgeable and prepared and super nice.

I have no suggestions or complaints! I found my nurse and provider to be extremely helpful. She was very thorough with me, explanatory, and informative. I found my visit to be one of the most satisfactory I've had in some time in medical care. She made me feel secure in her care; offering thorough testing and treatment plans. I'm confident that I will be taken care of in her care in the future.

Every thing was good

It took me a year to get an appt. I did not have a problem when they finally called me. I went ahead & scheduled an appt., so I would be in the system & hopefully be able to get in quicker, if I need to in the future. Dr Lynch was very nice & I believe thorough.

Was a very good experience.

I waited almost an hour, 15 minutes in the waiting area and 30 in the exam room. Physician said she was behind and I understand this can happen but no one came in during that 30 minutes to let me know that she was being held up. I actually thought they had forgotten I was waiting.

Getting the procedure scheduled as soon as possible instead of waiting for a call, which I still have not received.

Just wondering why I had to pay full copay of $75 to see a "nurse" or P.A. instead of my doctor? Shouldn't the price have been reduced?

During checking in the staff member should give you there undivided attention. During my visit the individual carried on conversation with another staff member about their personal life. I considered this unprofessional. and disrespectful.

At all my appointments during the past years have always been great. The nurses are respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. They explain step by step the procedure of catheter changes. Prisma is an awesome organization. Thank you for a job well done.

The Nurse Practitioner was Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. All staff at this facility are Excellent.

everything went very well for me. I asked questions and got clear answers that I understood. I was very pleased with Dr. Lynch's approach as to how she explained and pointed out things on my CT Scan that I had not seen before. I think she is very good with her patients and I appreciated her concern for me.
