She is the best physician! She doesn't need to improve on anything!

To listen and be more helpful. Diagnosed pituitary tumor and apparently into menopause. Did bloodwork and nothing really explained. Just stated to get with my OB-GYN to get help with hormones and go back to primary physician to treat thyroid because they only prescribe synthetic type. I'm tried explaining I'm not against synthetic they stopped working but maybe something g else and was turned away to stay with primary doctor treating thyroid. Explained issues and felt as if she was in a hurry and had no time for me.

The doctor did not know his medical history and suggested increased in a medication that actually would do the opposite of patient's best benefit/health.

After being put in an exam room, I spent 40 minutes waiting for the doctor. The doctor came in looking like they were overbusy, had not read the report my eye doctor had sent relative to my diabetic condition, and I felt I was rushed and the entire appointment was of very little use.

I am a relatively new patient -- and there are very long intervsls between office visits -- 6 months without feedback as to how well you are doing. Would like more frequent contact with doctor's office or staff.

The doctor is direct and does not listen to what you have to say about your health issues. She is not very personable. She was very knowledgeable about my diabetes. She just was not open to hearing what I had to say about my illness.

After waiting 40 minutes for her to enter my (very depressing) room she was with me for only about 5 minutes. I felt very rushed & uncomfortable trying to communicate with her even though I had brought in a list of questions. So one way to improve trust would be to slow down & listen & not just repeat the same speech.
