    Your phone system needs to identify itself when it is calling in to a patient's home. Patient is apprehensive, not knowing what's next, waiting for a call from PRISMA. Gets ten "NOT IDENTIFIED" calls a day, but no call from PRISMA. Gets a text or "letter" stating that the provider has tried to contact said patient several times. Another concern. What are the metrics to which these people are being held that they have to use language such as "we have attempted to contact you several times," when to the patient's knowledge there has been none. A variation is when the potential patient does not call back the next day, but rather the next to the next day and is told their referral has therefore been cancelled. Maybe the patient's life is not neat and clean as they face whatever is causing the referral in the first place. Regardless, their referral has been cancelled. Not everyone lives to check emails. Not everyone can regularly check emails or texts. Here, before the individual is even a patient, you have made them feel they are a problem. Again, "we have attempted to contact you several times" and "your referral has been cancelled" says your metric is creating a bad impression of PRISMA, its people, and its priorities, at best, or says that PRISMA is not interested in the patient's health or business

    My office visit with Mohsen Pourmorteza MD was excellent. He explained MRI findings and options of what to do next. Dr Pourmorteza helped put my mind at ease.

    Not hire receptionist that alienates patients for asking for help. They were so disrespectful I just cried after my visit, not only because I was sick and didn't feel good but bc I knew then that I was going to have to go to Charleston to receive my care

    This facility did not have my complete tests results so the doctor had no way of knowing why I was there first of all, what my health issues were, what tests that I had, what tests if any that I needed. I have many health issues, I have had many tests, many surgeries, too many to remember all dates, year and results. Documentation is needed to show all issues, results etc.! The dr. I'm sure was frustrated, I was frustrated and it was a wasted trip for me to make. Everyone at Prisma Health was friendly, courteous, and professional. I was given a follow up appointment, but I'm not sure it was not with the doctor that I recently saw. If this is the case I will not be making this upcoming appointment, as I made this trip to speak to the doctor, get his opinion on my health issues and was not able to do so.

    Front desk was a sweetheart and so was the nurse. The provider was professional and talked to me about my medical issue and the steps he will take to ensure proper treatment.

    Yes, I liked my doctor because he was very open to me, and I wouldn't trade him for nothing in the world. I loved the doctor, the way he'd come out and ask me questions about my gastrologist problems, gastro problems. I really liked the doctor. He comes out and be more specific with me, and I would always refer someone to him if I could. But that I don't want to do. I don't want nobody taking my good thoughts. Bye-bye.
