I wasn't listened to. I was told my symptoms and I was told to do something that I had already done. It made me very upset. The doctor saw that I was upset and he didn't really seem to care. He just kept going with his resolution that I had already tried.

I have no complaints, everything went very well.

I am heavy in my mid section and I hate when physicians deviate from the actual vist to how all of these problems started "because of your BMI" as if im sitting around pigging out on sugar and carbs and that's exactly how this doctor made me feel!!

Believe in the chronic health conditions I have and don't act like they don't exist/aren't impacting my entire life

I might have pressed the wrong key, but the only comment I want to make, I had an early appointment and it would be nice when you're not knowing what to expect if the front check-in desk will put a smile on their face and really look like they want to be at work. Because at that time, I am nervous and that is what I need to ease my worry. Have a good day. Goodbye.

My first visit was great. My expectations were exceeded!

It was impossible to get a human on the phone when seeking first appointment after referral.

Thoroughly enjoyed meeting and establishing a positive doctor/patient relationship with Dr. Ansari. He was professional, amicable, knowledgeable and friendly. No need for improvement from my perspective.

This doctor is very condescending. He told me some of the medicine I take was just a placebo effect. He even waved his hand at me as to dismiss me. He doesn't know what he is talking about as the medicine does work for me. Prescribed by three different doctors. So I guess those doctors were wrong. I did not like this doctor. He did not accept my truthful answers to his questions, seemed to think I wasn't answering correctly. Well who does that hurt if I'm not truthful? Me. So I was truthful. Not a good experience. I will find another doctor in the Bon Secour system.

I've only seen the physician twice in a little over a year. He and his staff were professional and courteous during both visits. He reviewed my history and medications and provided sound advice, I will follow his instructions and will return for my follow up appointment.

Very, very impressed with the professionalism, the knowledge, and the bedside manners extended. I wish they were all like that. It makes me feel a whole lot at ease at my age for what I have to look after at home. So, I was very impressed with him and don't mind seeing him again. He'll be very helpful. Thank you.

I had to wait two months for the initial appointment. Perhaps those who are initially diagnosed as 'severe' could be given an earlier appointment.
