The blood lab should stay open long enough so that we don't have to make an extra trip to another blood lab because they close while the doctors are still seeing patients.

Waiting out in the waiting room for an hour and a half to get in for an appointment is beyond ridiculous. They should've told me he was running an hour to an hour and a half behind due to an emergency with these first appointment. That way I could've at least driven up the street to get breakfast or go to a store rather than sit there and watch my blood pressure go up every single second. I can guarantee you that this won't happen again because of the next time it does, I'm walking out.

I have been seeing Dr. McClure for several years now. He's been informed and has helped me with my health issues.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/18/2026
The wait was too long. I waited one hour out in the reception area and then I waited after the nurse took the information. I waited another half hour for the doctor to come in. So it's an hour and a half of waiting. I was there for two hours for my appointment and the last time I was there was a long wait also. I think the waiting time needs to be less. A few hours for an appointment is way too long and to be in reception for one hour and then in the exam room for another half hour is way too long. Thank you. Bye.

It is very difficult to get appointments with Dr McClure.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/8/2026
Two things: 1) I told the front desk of my doctors office that I couldn't find the office because the sign that says "internal medicine has moved to the 2nd floor" is inside the elevator not outside the elevator or on the directory. They completely dismissed my concern responding as if my comments were ridiculous. They said "well the signs there" as if I missed it. I tried to explain it to them again and their response was completely dismissive. I explained that I was telling them for their information and benefit and again they were dismissive. 2) I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to see my doctor. This is unacceptable.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/8/2026
Please stop coming into the waiting room, opening the door, and calling out patients' names. I don't want everyone in the room to hear my last name. My photo is already in MyChart, and I check in at the front desk, so my identity can be verified that way. The Apple Store uses a system where I check in (often via app or at arrival), they assign a unique identifier, and an employee can then come directly to me to confirm who I am without announcing names publicly. Why can't Prism implement something similar to protect patient privacy?
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/8/2026
I like the doctor but I ALWAYS wait over an hour to see him.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/10/2026
It was a very organized appointment and appreciated not having to wait long times. The lab was very easy to use also.

Wait time at office was longer than I prefer
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/11/2026
I have severe pain in my back, below the right shoulder blade. It took a week to get an apt. I did not want to go to the ER; however, instructions to go to a Prisma outpatient office may have been a better solution. Something to think about to address conditions that need a faster response, but not ER (expensive and not good use of medical resources). I really like Dr. McClure, his nurse, and the staff.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/8/2026
All people were ultra nice and helpful. You could maybe have your labs open longer so I can get them done in one trip

Nothing. Everything was very satisfactory.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/1/2026
Keep the appointment on time. Should have all test results done before the visit. So the discussion will be on current situation
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/25/2025
My only concern is that I am always seen long after my appointed time; 30 minutes or longer. I do appreciate a doctor who is not rushed and takes time with me. But, it would seem that appointment times are not realistic.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/22/2025
A follow up call to close the visit would be a nice touch
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/15/2025

Every single time I go to this provider, I have to wait an hour and a half before he ever comes in. It's just not feasible and I refuse to do it. I am moving on a non-Prisma doctor.

- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/14/2025

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/2/2025
Reception and lab personnel have attitude issues. If you don't like working with people, you are in the wrong profession.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/28/2025
Improve wait times. I arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appt. They finally called me back after 10:40. Nobody bothered to check or even say why, and when I asked, I was only told my Dr. had two already in the rooms.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/25/2025
Can't think of anything. Excellent visit!
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/24/2025

I can't think of anything. The whole experience was totally fine.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/22/2025
I arrived about 10 minutes early for a 1:30pm appt. I had completed e-check in and paid my copayment on MyChart so I was told someone would be right with me. There was no one else in the waiting area when I arrived. I sat and waited while another patient entered about 1:40pm; this patient was late for his appointment and was given a clipboard with paperwork to complete. Another patient entered about 1:45pm and was seated. At 1:52, the patient who entered after me and was late, was called back to an exam room. Shortly thereafter, the second patient who arrived after me was called back to an exam room. I was confused as to why I was still waiting and I approached the reception desk to inquire about this. I was told that the 1:30pm time slot was double booked for me and the patient who arrived 10 minutes late. For some reason, the late patient was called back first in addition to a second patient who arrived after me. The receptionist had no other explanation for why they made me wait when I arrived first for my appt slot. I found this situation very disrespectful of my time and especially the fact that I arrived early and completely prepared for my visit with e-checkin and prepayment. No one apologized for my wait. I'm really bothered but he fact that I got several text and email reminders about my appointment and was requested to arrive early which I did. I also got an email about 30 minutes before my appt to ask if I was there yet. I don't understand why Prisma goes to such great length with reminders if there is no intention to keep appt times that are scheduled and no respect for patient wait time...no reasonable person would have seen my treatment as acceptable. I know that completing this survey is probably and exercise in futility as I don't ever see any follow up and there has never been any change in the way your practices disrespect patients by extending their wait times beyond what is reasonable. But you asked what could be improved and this is my answer.

1) gotten my blood tests while waiting for the doctor so I didn't need to come back a different day since the labs had closed by the time I finished with the doctor 2) wish doctor had scheduled my mammogram while I was there

Telling me they'd like to "ween me off" the hormone therapy I've been prescribed for vasomotor symptoms makes me want to consider another doctor.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/14/2025
Dr McClure is always thorough and carefully listens to me. The only thing I will add is punctuality could perhaps stand improvement.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/14/2025

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/12/2025
Over an hour in the waiting room is asinine and you're just asking to piss off patients and to say it's just the way it is is totally unacceptable. I had a 2 hour visit for a 15 minute physical.

Dr. McClure is a great doctor.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/22/2025
It would be helpful to have the labs completed PRIOR to seeing the doctor. This has been the practice with previous physicians. My bloodwork was done after the physical.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/21/2025
Dr. McClure is always very nice. I hope I will be able to get to his new office easily. I really do like to travel that far.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/15/2025
My only concern was that by the time I was seen by the Dr. it was around 11:15 AM or so. My appointment was for 10 AM. This makes it difficult to know how much time I should block out of my schedule for these appointments. :-)
