Try to be more respectful of the patient's time. Excessive wait times gives the impression that the patient's time is less valuable than the provider's.

Easier accessible bathrooms, doors do not automatically open, if in a wheelchair or using a cane someone has to help you

Reduce the amount of time spent in the waiting area and examining room. The appointment lasted for one hour and a half.

We arrived 10 minutes early and there was another person who arrived well after us and who was called to the back we waited in the wait room for over an hour and no once cared just for the doctor to tell us something he could have over video connect. We t was a waste of time money and energy.

The Dr appeared to be annoyed with my concerns and questions. When my appointment was done he immediately walked out into the room of another patient. He left the door opened, and me inside the room confused on whether to stay inside or leave. I eventually left.

I'm sorry, I thought the results wanted to say how perfect the staff and all was and not mistreating or anything like that. No, it was perfect. The staff was absolutely excellent, excellent.

I had hoped for the Doctor to address my concerns through unbiased eyes. But I believe his diagnosis was greatly influenced by the Doctor who had referred me to him. Sad

This was the second time that I saw Dr. Mujadzic. The first time, I only got his trainees. The second time, I got him and the trainee was switched out again. His bedside manner is not good at all. But he seems to know what he's doing, and this is in the middle of a workman's calm case. Do I know what's going on with my body? I have some questions. Yes, I'm with Thanksgiving. even on my chart, just not really confident in the man doing my hand, but I have to. Because they think the doctor is supposed to know exactly what they're doing. And I have no idea, even though I've done everything that he's told me to do, exactly what to do to make sure that I'm healed and don't have a disability.

From day one I have been treated with the utmost care and respect. Not only is Dr Mujadzic a great doctor, his bed side manner is phenomenal. He is always smiling and kind. His staff is also kind and compassionate.

Cut back on the wait time.

The provider was an hour behind schedule. If I was an hour late to my appointment, the provider would have canceled my appointment.
