The first point of contact needs much improvement!! There are 2 windows when a patient walks in neither receptionists did not greet anyone (I watched to see if was just me, I was waiting for 30 min, no one was greeted) and this makes no sense unless no one has ever encouraged them to greet everyone that comes in. Its also confusing as to which window to come to especially when they are not acknowledging your presence. As I sat there it was awkward to watch patients come in and slowly approach registration with no idea of which window to go to. The Drs and Nurses are so friendly, there needs to be great improvement with the registration desk!!

No other way. Dr. Horton always listens carefully, shows empathy, and is knowledgeable and kind. I am so thankful she's my PCP

Unable to recommend any improvement to the care given me. All staff were most helpful and answered any questions I asked.
