The lady at the front desk that check me in. Was listening to a personal radio and it was loud. I thought that was very rude after she asked me to repeat myself twice.

No need to change anything. Dr. Ertel treated me with such kindness. She made me feel so comfortable. Usually when you're older you get rushed out. Like you don't matter. Not with Dr. Ertel. She truly cares. I may not be spelling her name correctly.

Front desk were not as welcoming and friendly expected.

I am asked to arrive 15 munutes early... I arrived 30 minutes early,,, got checked in and still hate to wait beyond my appointment... if I'm scheduled at 3:15 I would like to be seen closer to time than 15 minutes past time... ...

Calls from the case navigator. Had to reach out to them and they did not seem to like getting a call. They were VERY short and to the point. Not wanting to be asked too much!

Dr. Ertel was compassionate, she listened and did what she could with my reaction. I was overwhelmed and didn't ask many questions. She assured me I'm in good hands, and to reach out to the office directly or via MyChart with any questions that arise after my visit.

I have been very happy with my care with Dr. Ertel and her staff. She is very patient when explaining things and waits carefully for me to ask questions. My daughter-in-law came to this checkup after surgery and she was there the day of surgery. She also was very impressed with my Doctor and staff.
