Yes, your 15-minute policy on being late is stinks. You have people coming from North Carolina and into South Carolina, don't know where they're going, and it's just, you know, a 15-minute late policy has to be changed. They did see me, I was 27 minutes late.

Y'all are very Blessed to have Dr. Love. He is very intelligent, kind, and caring.

Get more robots for surgery. Had to be planned way out as that's your bottleneck. The people I'm working with are 10 out of 10. So good!!

Couldn't ask for better information than what was provided. Took the time to thoroughly explain the upcoming procedure. Was friendly and outgoing.

So far so good some questions can't be answered until the procedure is done...we talked with Dr.Love, who explained the procedure with pictures on the computer which gave us clear understanding...he was patient & friendly.

I honestly wouldn't change anything. I have always been taken care of with respect and understanding. So thank all of you.

The registration person had me just stand there for a few minutes while her and another lady talked about random stuff I had to ask to check in to get them to stop talking

For a busy practice, this went incredibly well.

All of these should have been fours. I accidentally hit two on the first question. All of them should have been fours. There's nothing that they needed to do any better. They were excellent with my care, with talking to me, with explaining details, with making sure I understood everything, with answering my questions. They were absolutely excellent. If I could have gave them a 10, I would have gave them a 10.

I had a lot of concerns going into this appointment. I had major complications with my last hernia repair surgery and knowing I was facing surgery again really scared me. I had a major infection because of the mesh used in the repair last time. Dr. Love walked in the room and knew my medical history from the last 6 years, which was impressive. He explained why I got an infection last time and explained to me about the type of mesh they use now. He even showed me a piece of mesh. He completely eased my mind and I feel confident that he will be able to make the necessary repair and I should be ok.

I am very happy with my treatment at Dr. Love's office. The nurses and the doctor treated me very well and were kind and very informative and I felt very well cared for. So I would give them five stars. Thank you.
