I can't think of anything that could have made the visit any better. Dr. Warrick was able to explain my problem's cause and what he could do and what I could do to help my pain lessen. When I asked about possibly going for physical therapy he quickly agreed and it was set up and I need to call the therapy place and set up my schedule. I felt more at ease after my appointment and everyone there is friendly and knows your problems. I completely trust them with my care.

I have been seeing Dr Warrick for about 20 yrs now and have never had a problem. He always knows my history and knows right where to place the injection to ease the pain.

I can't think of anything that could make my visits better than they are currently. My biggest problem is parking in the hospital tower that is always full and walking to the building.

Dr. Warrick and his staff are true professionals. This was my first time meeting him and was pretty nervous. He was very nice and sat a spoke with me, did not feel rushed as Dr. Warrick sat and spoke with me about the procedure and put me at ease.

I've been coming to Doc Warrick for close to over 20 years. I wouldn't even be at year one if HE WASN'T THE GREATEST AT ALL HIS CARE. This office is truly exceptional like a HOMECOMING after war. To know you're greeted with a genuine welcoming smile at every station and that your heart and pain will rest now cause you are in Doc's hands now.

Dr. spent most of his time talking to his assistant about a tik tok video and didn't talk to me hardly at all. I felt invisible.

It's over 5 days i saw to the doctor. I have yet received a copay estimate on the epidural and have not yet been given an appointment for my neurosurgeon. I was told I could experience paralysis if my cervical problem was not addressed. This is all taking too long to follow up. Please get in touch.

My visits for pain treatment are as pleasant as they could possibly be with extremely kind and caring doctors, assistants, and office staff. They treat me with respect as a person with unique needs. I have pain and I am also a caregiver for my adult child who also has chronic pain. They listen. It's priceless!

One way you could have offered support or improved trust and respect while you cared for me is an opportunity to talk with my doctor if but for five minutes after treatment to get updated on my condition.

Everything was fin. I was able to make a n appointment by asking to be put on a cancellation list. In a few days I was called and was able to have an appointment prior to departure for a flight to Europe. Without the care from Dr. Warrick and his staff the trip would be very uncomfortable.

It isn't well marked to find exactly where you should be going. It appeared many people were confused as to how to get where they needed to be.

Dr Warrick is both professional and proficient ...no time wasted and I like that. Wouldn't mind if he chatted a bit more when he first comes in (hi, how are you) and explain what he is doing, if that is not too distracting. His nurses are first rate as are the administrators.

I don't see how it could have been any more perfect. The only thing that upset me was the pain in my leg. One of the guys in the room helped me out.

I wish I could have been seen sooner but being summertime, I had to adjust my schedule.

One nurse I did not care for, so I don't want her to touch me again. Otherwise, everyone was okay so far.
