Everyone was friendly helpful and patient caring the doctor always coming in with a smile not just caring for the patient but always coming over to the caregiver and shaking there hands also I truly like been notice also the family who takes time out to help the patient.

Continue Doing what you do it was a great experienc4e with this office. No down time , (I was seen and was not there long . The Doctor was great.

The only problem that I have ever had with this office is when someone called me to schedule a surgery and I was totally confused about it. When I tried to get her to explain to me, she said that I should have read my notes on my chart and had known what was going on. My understanding was that the doctor was going to consult with his colleagues and get back with me but that was never done. Therefore, I was completely unaware of what was happening and quite frankly, she was not very pleasant with me and was really somewhat rude. Other than that, I have always had nothing but excellent experiences with everyone here and hope that something like that will never happen again and that I will continue to have excellent experiences with this Dr and his staff.
