It would be much more advantageous to both doctors and patients if the various MyCharts communicated better. Not all of my medical history was in the MyChart Dr. Greenbaum was able to access. This is dangerous for people who may not be able to communicate well or who cannot remember well.

The care I receive from Prisma and DR. Greenbaum is valuable to me....I leave there with confidence he is looking after my best health interests...I am very grateful to have him & his staff as my doctor...Thank you very much...

Hello. I just was not happy at all. I mean, cancer has returned, but it just seemed like no one was familiar with my scans or what was in my chart. I've had scans and it seems like no one never knew, you know, what's the deal. I just wished everybody would communicate and look at my files and the previous scans that was there. I just felt defeated.

I was VERY impressed with Dr Greenbaum and his staff. He was so thorough and genuinely cared. All concerns I voiced, he addressed extensively. I wish more doctors were like him. He is a treasure. Lamp shades in the waiting room need to be dusted.

I cannot think of a way. The visits are always really good experiences.

I think they could have said "You are cancer free, go home and do not worry!" However that was not the case! Not their fault!! :)

This was my initial visit with Dr. Greenbaum. He was so caring and gave me more time than I had expected. A very good first experience.

The facility was clean and well maintained. It was my first visit to this facility so I wasn't sure where to go but the individual at the front desk guided me. After my IV was placed I had a bit of a wait but I understand these are intricate procedures and staff must take the required time to perform their jobs and get it right for every patient. I must say I met the nicest people while waiting, from patients to staff and everyone was friendly and compassionate. Thank you for taking care of me. So far I am impressed with the quality of Prisma care.

1 hour waiting to see the doctor. Very upsetting ?. I had to leave the room to get some answers. If we were late you would have a problem.

Dr. Greenbaum was in a hurry, but I think he covered all the bases.

Honestly, everything and everyone were exceptional. No need to change a thing. My only complaint was with the parking area. A lot of people were driving in the wrong direction on a one way

I had a very comforting visit with the doctor. He took the time to explain my medical issues. He also showed me visually what areas he was discussing and the treatments. I felt that he was honest and direct, but had a gentle and caring manner in the way he presented the medical issues.
