The physician was impatient, condescending and frankly rude. Not to mention disrespectful and dismissive. I would rather not return and risk a repeat episode

I was very pleased with my care

I was really disappointed by Dr Palmer. I was really concerned about my hand and it is hurting still a lot and he would not listen and only wanted to send me back to work even though I can't even lift a plate. I have to lift up to 50 pounds and he only said that he could not do anything else for me. This is really concerning that a doctor did not even do a CT scan for my arm or do further treatment. They only found the mistake later on and called me back to schedule it but I am really concerned and disappointed with the whole treatment.

Dr. Palmer did a great job of explaining the echelons of treatment for arthritis of the hands.

I think it's good to be able to hedge statements with a like "in my personal experience" or "from what I currently know.... But I have not read about that exact topic" rather than blanket assertions that may be out of date or they simply don't know. I respect a professional willing to say they are currently unsure but they will confirm their facts before telling me. That aside, everyone I interacted with was kind and listened to me.

My paperwork process for insurance purposes. I had several mix ups and private information being shared to wrong employer. I have two employers and was out with one for workers comp. and the other for fmla.

I realize that everyone is very busy. The only thing is that they were 30 minutes late calling me back so the only thing that I can suggest is that a nurse or someone could come to the waiting room and just let us know that they are just running a little behind and will be getting with us. There were two other patients also in waiting room that were waiting and wondering about that. I think that would be courtesy to your patients. The Doctor did apologize for the delay and I appreciate that. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the care I received. Every person in the facility was nice to me. Dr. Palmer is my favorite doctor. He is always so supportive of my problems and I feel he genuinely cares about his patients. I can't think of one thing I would change about this facility.

This is the most efficient doctors office I've ever been in and I've had a medical sales business for 30 years so I have been in a lot of. Starting with my original phone call to make an appointment and then registering at the desk. The front and staff and everyone is incredibly efficient and would be a model for other doctors offices. I was really quite surprised. I didn't even have to wait two extra minutes for my appointment. Definitely top shelf!!

Excellent experience; no recommend changes

It must have been a bad day at the office. Dr was running 40 to 60 minutes behind. There was confusion about x-ray positions for my wrists. Sent to x-ray two different times with delays in-between each session. Dr. Seemed to be extremely rushed. Not sure if anyone washed their hands. I can confirm that no hand washing was done in the room with me. Small old rooms seem less than clean. I am very unimpressed with this visit. I always expect more from Prisma!

I waited 1 hour past my appointment time. I finally decided to leave and saw the doctor on the way out. I did not stay.
