Everything was very good I have no complaints.

Phone calls are hardly ever answered and messages left are not returned!!

No-I felt that I was treated with respect and courtesy by everyone who talked with me.

Hard to answer since I don't know how they could make it better. They are far beyond and above in health care.

Nothing.... I only have positive things to say about this whole team of caregivers.... From the polite and friendly security guy in the lobby ... to the check-in desk.... Lab techs.... Nurses and Dr Haughton..... to the check-out/scheduling team.... The positive and caring atmosphere thru that whole office is amazing !!!!

You all very Blessed to have Dr. Haughton as a doctor there. He is very smart, intelligent, great attitude and shows empathy. Very proud to have him as my Oncologist.

This was my second visit and both experiences were great! They always make you feel special.

All was great with the staff. In the cancer center infusion center people should not be allowed to eat strong smelling food and people that are sick should wear a mask, the man next to me who was a visitor coughed the whole time and didn't have a mask on while sitting with his wife.

There was always 2 way communication between all parts. That cannot be approved upon. I trust and respect my Doctors and Nurses.

I can't think of anything. Dr Houghton is the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. I trust him complete with my care.

I can't think of any way for improvement. I would like to say that the lady that drew my blood for the labs, was excellent. There was very little pain. I can't find a mark where the needle was inserted, and she filled several vials.

I saw two doctors and no nurses, so hard to answer clearly. One doctor was somewhat dismissive while the other was (as always) great and listened well.

I do not see any improvement needed. Dr. Haughton and the staff were all very professional.

My blood pressure went taken, was pretty high as I explained I have white coat syndrome. I think she could have retaken it after a few minutes rather than record the initial reading.

Dr Haughton is one if the most caring, knowledgeable doctors I have known. I totally trust him with my care and he really listens to me and explains things in a way I understand. He advocates for me in seeking treatments he feels are best for me.

My stomach hurts.

I suggest there be better signage giving direction to the hospital and where to park. I used my navigation system but once I got to your location, there was no specific signage giving directions and I had to ask for verbal direction.

The online pre registration wasnt working. I tried 2 or 3 times, finally said forget it. It was not letting me go back etc. would start all over! ? A big no!

This was the most professional, most patient-care driven medical appointment I have ever experienced.

I am very pleased with all services at the BEH Cancer Insitute; I have been a patient there for over 2 years. All staff are very professional, skilled, kind, & caring. They all seem genuinely interested in my health/well-being--including medical staff, nursing, lab, med tech, and office personnel.

This facility and all the staff are a 10 out of 10. This is one of the doctors and offices I actually look forward to seeing. Dr Haughton is the absolute best. He is so personable and shows so much care and concern and gives it to you your care options and recommendations honestly with care. From check in to labs to infusion to check out,the people are always great. I hate that I'm back but I know I'm in the right hands to keep me healthy.

Just feel like I'm not getting any answers of why I am iron deficiencies.

I feel I was given the best possible care I could have asked for.

Well, when I was told about my low hemoglobin, I could have been told what it meant and if there were ways to improve it before my next appointment. Maybe.

The best way for me to get respect and trust for PRISMA would be for them to have enough staff to answer the phone or have the ones in other offices that were not busy able to take and transfer some of those calls over so I would be able to quit leaving messages and stop receiving phone calls back. As I know it's got to be as aggravated for your help as it is for me, as I would rather just speak with somebody when I call the first time. That is my comment for the day.

Dr. Haughton is an asset to Prisma! He is very up to date on latest drugs for Cancer. He is kind and caring. He is a Blessing!
