Wish they would have given me a goal or what to expect until my next appointment which is 6 months away. I need the doctor to tell me some goals I need to reach.

The only negative is the long wait in the exam room before seeing the dr. After the nurse took care of the vitals and an EKG, we waited an additional 30 minutes. Thank goodness we love Dr. Armstrong!

Dr Armstrong could have not been nicer or more informative.

There was no way to improve. Everything was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the nurse's assistance, the doctor's assistance, assistant. He was very nice and had a great sense of humor. And the doctor did too. I enjoyed my visit. I was very appreciative of both of them. And I am looking forward to future visits.

The staff was VERRY gentle in getting me on and off the bed, and helpful in getting into the SUV...my hips were in pain but talked me though THANK YOU!!!!!

I hv great respect and trust in my care with my doctors and nurses .... I haven't been treated with that kind of care ,, A doctor there thought I needed a surgery that would hv interrupted my surgery that I had to get as quick as possible and I was very scared to the point of being unable to handle the stress of what way to go and my Doctor Armstrong stopped it explained why and got me ready for the surgery and kept in touch and asked about my health and the surgery and how it went .. That man actually listened and helped me more than any other heart doctor I hv BN to here and in Georgia .

I don't think there is any way you would need to improve on any or all facets of my visit with Dr. Armstrong. He is so very caring and I trust him completely with my care.

I should have asked, but I wish I could have been seen closer to Hillcrest hospital. The drive to Grove road was so stressful for me!!! Overall, though, the doctors and staff at both Carolina Cardio and the electro lab ate great. Nobody seemed concerned in the slightest about my embarrassing and also painful injury except you guys. It was a very pleasant experience and I enjoyed the treatment that I got from the nurse and the doctor and I plan to continue using Dr. Armstrong to monitor my cardiac health. I misunderstood what you said. I am totally, totally happy that I was referred to Dr. Armstrong. The office staff and the doctor were so unbelievable, knowledgeable, caring. I am so happy that I got him as my doctor. I totally trust him. We had a good office visit, and I'm glad he's going to be my doctor from my heart.

There was a computer glitch that delayed my appointment by about 20 minutes, but the staff was courteous and helpful and corrected the problem.

I strongly recommend hiring doctors like Dr. Armstrong and his nurse because they are very professionals, yet friendly and courteous.

I was treated fairly with respect and my health concerns were addressed confidentially.
