Nothing all cool

In reference to my response in my doctor knowing my medical history; There were some computer issues going on so can understand not being able to access my medical history.

I am completely satisfied with my care and cannot suggest any improvements, I have complete faith in Dr Markowitz.

My appointment was at 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:20 and checked in. I wasn't called back to see the doctor until 10:10. I did remind the receptionist of my 9:30 appointment at 10:00 am. This needs to be improved.

I can't think of a particular thing I would recommend. A very positive experience.

I was treated with respect and by a very knowledgeable secretary at the front window.

I have the utmost respect for Dr Markowitz and staff, always friendly, respectful and show a level of concern for my care.

They are good staff members at this facility.

Prior to drawing my lab work, the lab tech asked me to verify my name on the label; that was the only identifying information.. I questioned that the date of birth was no longer available on the label and she said it was not. I'm surprised at that.. my name and date of birth was verified at other points.. registration and by the nurse. When did this become an area that no longer required two identifiers?

The 15 minute intervals with Prisma for doctor appointments is not adequate. Would recommend 30 minute intervals which would hopefully eliminate the usual 45 minute wait time and allow for a more thorough exam.

I could have gotten in the appointment a little bit more faster. It was somewhat a little slow getting patients in. So that was one improvement in that support area. Thank you.

I was there and saw Dr. Markowitz. It was so many people, it was on the 23rd, there were so many people in there and some were sick, which I was scared of, but we had to wait and there were just so many people. I'm sure Dr. Markowitz, you know, can only do what he can do. He's a great doctor. But, you know, if I'm late, he won't wait on me. But if he's late, it's okay. That's my only concern. But he takes the time to be with his patients and he loves his patients. And I love him and I love this daddy even more. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Fully satisfied in the care I received

Checked in 30 minutes early and was seen 30 min after appointment time. Lab seemed to be unaware of who was waiting for bloodwork until they asked for information from the patient. This might be normal.

The support I get is excellent!

Dr. Markowitz and his team are excellent. Any problems that arise they take take care of in a flash. They know me by facile recognition and they make me feel right at home.

Dr. Markowitz is The Best Doctor I have ever had!! I have white coat syndrome but not with Dr. Markowitzs !He's very kind patient awesome listener and some times very funny! I love that in a Doctor! Most of all he Always gets me back on the road to being healthy!! If more doctors were like him there would be happier healthier patients! His nurse staff is Awesome too!!

Does not explain test results. Keeps saying test results fine. 3 months creintine being high and he says it fine.

The entire staff is great!

I had a stroke in 2016 l been having dizzy episodes that caused by something going wrong with my body so I scheduled a full exam with another doctor to see what's going on. So will have the results in the month just to be sure what's going on.
