Michael Goble is one of the best doctors I ever had ever thank him for everything he is appreciated

Simplify the telephone menu system. It sends patients into circular transactions that fail to achieve any purpose -- it is more of a barrier to customer service.

Nothing could have made the visit better. Dr. Goble met with me right away, spent ample time discussing my situation and providing options. A quick blood draw was done for lab testing and I had Dr. Goble's feedback early the following morning. Without a doubt the best primary care physician I've ever had.

I don't see how you could improve on the courtesy offered by the staff and Dr. Goble. Dr. Goble is probably the best doctor I have seen since leaving Los Angeles and I had only one doctor there who can compare to him. My sister recommended him to me and I feel very comfortable and blessed that I have him as a doctor.

Doctor Goble and his staff have always treated me with respect. I I feel like I matter and am not just a number. Doctor Goble is the best Doctor I have ever had, very knowledgeable I feel at ease and that I can tell him and his staff anything without any judgment and this matters to me and I'm sure all patients. They are the best! I have only one question about pamphlets, this is for all medical offices at Prisma is there any way to make them less boring to read, bright eye catching and put some excitement in the literature! It's so boring to read any medical condition can be written with hope with a splash of humor included! I think as it stands for now these pamphlet given by medical companies, pharmaceuticals are a waste of space , money and somebody's time! Nobody learns from boring literature. Be glad to to chip in my helping ideas anytime.

Improve online user interface and reduce the number of appointment alerts.

This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. The staff, the doctor, everything is just, they go above and beyond. I love them.

When it was checkout time, it would have been nice to have a seat to sit in because otherwise it was just a hallway to the elevator and there was no seat provided for coming out of the doctor's office to check in after you check out.
