Visit with Dr Rofael went wonderfully. I learned the things I needed to know and had questions about since my heart attack in July. Dr Rofael listened to my concerns, discussed them with me and explained my situation very well. I am pleased. I look forward to the care I can expect in the future.

There was an appointment issue. My appointment for this visit was canceled twice which was frustrating. The last cancellation I was told my doctor had to go to Sumter office and this was days before my appointment. I didn't understand why the appointments there were more important than keeping mine.

Nothing I did everything perfectly even though I'm in a wheelchair, partially paralyzed from the ways down they took extra care to open doors and everything for me! Very, very courteous people and very compassionate!

I think the visit went well. I liked the doctor very much! He acted interested in what I had to say and answered my questions. As a normal thing I do not talk to the doctor with Dr Rofael I talked to him and asked questions.

Nothing really. Just need a way to keep good doctors in this area. That way it doesn't put such a burden on the good doctors you have.

Yes, when a patient is being seen, make sure that their medication is covered under their insurance. Don't just pick and choose what you're going to give them because some people cannot afford medication. Take that more into consideration.
