It was a good visit with Dr. Odorisio(sp). I was not sure about the directions to the PA floor coming into the building. Better way finding perhaps.

I would keep what your doing and not try to read between the lines to find something that in the end doesn't matter.

My appointment with Melissa was outstanding. She was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I've had diabetes for many years, but she taught me things about the disease that I had never heard before. I think she is fantastic. She adjusted my medications to improve my treatment and prescribed additional tests to check other conditions I have. I completely trust her judgment and advice.

We had a great appointment and she was fantastic.

First time I had labs on upper floor, but received no notice of that prior. Had to go down to lower level an all the way around building because I was not notified of the plan via Mychart or text notification

Melissa provided outstanding care. She was patient, professional, and caring. I can think of no way she could improve. I trust, respect, and admire her knowledge and the treatment plan she recommended for me.

The nurse was really rushing not sure as to why... I did not feel confident in her being able to get an accurate read of my blood pressure because she was rushing so. that made me feel like she didn't have time for me and was just rushing me through. I have never had any issues with my blood pressure and when she took it, it was well from normal for me and the doctor noticed it was a high read redid my blood pressure and it was at least 20 points longer than what the nurse had recorded. That wasn't a good experience because I told the nurse I never have blood pressure issues but she never offered to retake it either. I'm not sure why the nurse was rushing so, but I'm not satisfied with the care I received from her.

Both my nurse, as well as the PA were wonderful. Very thorough, courteous, and efficient. I was in and out in no time and got exactly what I needed. Good job!

There is literally nothing the staff can do any better.

I was called about my low Vitamin D levels after the blood test. I was told that Melissa wanted me to take 5000 IU's per day to get my Vitamin D levels up. I do not find this information in My Chart. I wanted to confirm my understanding of the phone conversation but could not find the recommended dosages on My Chart. Where is this info? If not recorded there, it is a big omission.

Actually listening to patient and using common sense first instead of readily wanting to write out a prescription...i.e, upon telling her I didn't realize my test strips had expired, a simple finger stick would have proved that the CGM was inaccurate, reading 100mg higher than the glucometer (of which I figured out after purchasing new test strips upon leaving appointment).

They're doing well. They did their job very good.

I don't believe the service and care I received could have been improved upon. The staff as well as the practitioner and the person who was following her reviewed my health issues prior to the visit and they had questions and ideas to improve my health.

Yes, the provider, whose name was Melissa, was very caring. She really listened and she provided very sound advice, which I did hear and I am following. I would certainly recommend her and would like to see her again.

IMA did a great job. My usual Dr was on maternity leave and offered me to be seen by a PA or another Dr, my choice. They went above and beyond to give me choices.

Everything was as I would hope for it to be. Everyone in the office and exam room were courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic. I wouldn't want you to change a thing!

I was coming in to have bloodwork done and no one was careful enough to recognize that for one of the tests I needed to come first thing in the morning, so I had to come back the following day. that is just sloppy and inattentive to details.
