Not rush patients listen and go over more than 2 needs at a time. Listen and remember patient needs and concerns from prior visits and visits should be more than 15 min or be able to schedule different length appointments instead of forcing all people to live by the same appointments of 15 min and only caring about getting so many appointments in but not caring why the person is there to being with.

Everything was great

Maybe go a bit slower during the Pap smear, but otherwise I thought Dr. Douge was excellent! She was incredibly prepared, listened to everything I had to say and all of my concerns. The nurses were detailed in their assessment and wrote down all of the issues I wanted to cover during my visit with the doctor. Everyone was prompt, efficient and incredibly nice and friendly. 10/10

I get the feeling that Dr. Melissa cares. She listens intently a d does not dismiss my feelings, she addressed all of the concerns I had about my physical, mental, emotional health.

The visit was fine. The wait was very long and the staff seemed to not communicate well amongst themselves though.

This was my 1st visit and I will be returning. I enjoy how Doctor Douge was so concern and wanted to learn more about my health.

Everything was good

When I call Prisma Fountain Inn, many times the call is not answered and there is no way to leave a message. That is frustrating. Especially when I then leave a message in My Chart about making and appointment and the reply is " call the office". Your phone system seems outdated and needs improvement. Check my messages in My Chart to confirm this.

I did not feel as if my concerns were taken seriously. I mentioned several times about the extreme pain I was in. I was given a shot that didn't work. When I called the next morning, I was advised to come back to the office. I explained that I already had a very expensive MRI scheduled and just needed to know what pain medication could be used to alleviate the discomfort. I went all day in pain, and then received a very curt response from the provider explaining that if I had come back into the office It wouldn't have been a charge. That was not explained to me when we were messaging. I suffered through extreme pain, and waited extended lengths of time for medication. I eventually gave up and went to the ER where a wonderful doctor addressed my issues and I am now feeling 100%. It's very disheartening that you cannot be treated by your PCP and have to go to an emergency room for someone to take you seriously and truly want to help.

Everything was great especially Dr Douge, the only thing that bothered me some was the perfume the individual wore that checked my medical history and blood pressure in my room.
