Professionalism, courteous, showed concern and was helpful and explanatory with me in understanding thoroughly the procedure I'm to undergo soon.

The surgery scheduler seemed condescending when I asked questions regarding my surgery. She only offered me one option for the date of my surgery. I have had several encounters with her and it's always been an unpleasant experience. Everyone else was kind and helpful.

Those at the registration desk need to be more friendly and open in the way they greet and handle the registration process.

It was a great visit with clear instructions and great focus on helping me. I am happy.

Overall, it was a positive experience. However, it was very difficult to get an appointment when I needed it most. Thankfully, my situation cleared up and I was able to wait, but I had a couple weeks where I was in a lot of pain and couldn't get an appointment. Thank you.

Hey, she did not have my medical records because an office person did not do right by requesting them from my former doctor. So it wasn't the doctor's fault that she didn't know my medical history. So I just wanted to put that out there that it wasn't her fault. It was somebody in the office that was new and didn't request my records. And I'd given you, given them a signed release form like six weeks before.

Everyone was very kind and friendly! I could not have asked for a better visit. I was nervous about going, but they made me feel at ease!

I had to wait a really long time to see the doctor, which isn't a big deal, but then when she was in there, I just felt like she was rushed. Like, I felt like I couldn't, like she was just trying to answer my questions as quickly as possible so she could get out of there. So I would have liked to have not felt like the doctor was rushing me. But she did help solve my problem, which is the main issue, but you want to see back.

I'm so impressed with the way Prisma health care has treated me ,not only with my Medical problems, but also caring about my mental health and physical health. The staff of Doctors and nurses and logistical personnel are truly ????? Professionals ! Thank you for saving my life !

It was an excellent visit. I was well taken care of. I could have used a topical anesthetic for the exam.

I am so impressed w the Doc! She is so focused on understanding my history and she genuinely wants the BEST pathway for me. I can't express the amount of confidence I have in my pathway! This is why I drive one hour to see Prisma.
