My care was great. Everyone was respectful and helpful.

Can't think of anything that would improve my visit. Provider is excellent in every way.

No suggestions. Dr. Businaro took extensive time with me to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. She explained in a way that was easy to understand and my treatment plan going forward was also clearly explained. I appreciate Dr. Businaro's (and her team) expertise and care very much !

The experience was very good. Exceeded my expectations. This physician is absolutely subject matter expert. Calm confident and assured. My results were part of the full workout, and the outcomes were very, very favorable. Prisma is lucky to have her.

None! Dr. BUSINARO is fabulous. I have moved three hours away and she continues to follow me. She is thorough, kind, smart, protective. Having worked on the medical field ( and with many top notch cardiologists) she is amazing! I am having some significant tests done but can get a follow up phone visit for three weeks after the tests are completed. That to me is a long time to wait! Office staff good too!

Yes, when trying to get in to see somebody, I know that it was busy and trying to get an appointment is hard, but just to at least get the call back from the scheduler, I never got a call back and it was several days before I heard anything in my chart from anybody. And so that would have been nice to have better communication on the front end. I was glad they were able to work me in, but it took, like I said, almost a week before being able to get in. And I, you know, just, it just was, it could have been better communicated. That's all.

You need better parking! Parking is terrible for handicap. Going to see a cardiologist for chf and I had to walk a good distance do to no handicap being available! I have had several visits, lack of handicap parking is a major problem for your hospital!

I have been a patient with Dr Businaro and staff at Cardiology - Parkridge since 2016 and couldn't be more pleased...

The Doctor was very good to me. Kind and attentive

Everything went great with my visit with the doctor. The problem was that I had gotten a text to go to one location, and then two weeks later when it was time to do my check in, the text told me to go to another location that was 30 minutes out of my way. I went to the location where it told me to go. When I got there to check it they told me I was at the wrong location. I showed them my text. They took a picture of it and said that it was sent out to some other people. They had shown up at their location. Everything else went fine. I just had to drive for over an hour to get to my appointment.

Treatment I received was outstanding in all respects. Very professional and very caring!

I actually enjoyed my visit with the doctor. She was very helpful in all aspects of my heart health and care. One of the most professional medical doctors that I've had the privilege of meeting and walking through my heart health and blood pressure with and was precise in how she would attack my problem for which I had been dealing with for 30 plus years. She got great results right away and now she is tweaking my medication.

The staff are doing a great job. They provide plenty information and always make sure you understand the information. That's what make a great doctor and her staff, making the people comfortable no matter what they are going thru.

Dr. Businaro's team did everything possible to make me feel comfortable with the new diagnostics, tools that Prisma help. So I would not have changed anything. I'm very happy with my cardiologist. I don't know how to get out of here.

The nurse was taking information prior to the doctor coming in. She was working diligently, as I was trying to explain my blood pressure readings irregularities on the paper I brought in. I felt she was trying to rush the conversation a bit, and I had to stop her a couple times to bring her back to what I was trying to explain. But it may not have been a conversation she needed to be involved in, more appropriately addressed with the doctor (which I did). I thought she should slow down a bit and listen to what the patient was trying to say. But she did a good job and I'm not faulting her for trying to keep things running smoothly. It was all good.

It was a very good visit and there is not a way to improve that experience. Thank you.

We love Dr. Businaro. She is an incredible doctor and I truly can't think of anything that she could do better. She is one of the best doctors that I have ever had in my entire life and I have seen a lot of doctors. She is very professional. She really cares about her patients. She follows up with every note that I send on my chart about myself and then also my mom is her patient as well. She just, we couldn't say enough good things about her. So I just want to leave that message in saying that she is amazing and we just hope she never leaves Columbia. Thanks so much.

Yes,Prisma has a privacy act. But there was no privacy. There is nothing protecting patients from other patients hearing the personal questions that are being asked out loud in the lobby. The way the world is now we never know when another person can it our information. This just what I observed during my visit.

Seeing Dr Businaro without typical preceding NP triage resolved much anxiety & white coat syndrome and increased my confidence level.

Yes, I don't know whether this answer is necessarily applicable to the question, but parking is pathetic at that facility in Park Ridge, especially wheelchair accessible parking. I use a wheelchair. I have a wheelchair van with a ramp that comes out the side, and there are only six spots close to the building. Those, of course, were taken. There's a couple other spots to the west of that area, Those were all taken. I know I parked at least 200 yards away downhill to find a place that was wide enough for my wheelchair ramp to come out. That is my chief complaint. I'm very happy with the facility and the personnel and the doctors and nurses and technicians, all quite positive. But for a brand new facility, the parking was not adequately planned. Thank you.

I wasn't feeling well. Dr. Businaro stated that she could only treat my heart condition. I asked her about what kind of otc medication could I take with my heart meds. She stated anything. She seemed dismissive of my current condition. She offered additional meds when my condition was normal. I feel that I was cared for. She wanted me come back in one month. I decided not come back because I felt that my health was not her priority.
