Everything in the office seemed to be clean to me. I had said that it was mostly clean. It was the lab when I gave a urine sample and had to put it in the door in the wall. There was a wet paper towel in there that needed to be changed and that is all. Thank you.

I am treated very well every time I have interacted with this office.

i am extremely pleased with Dr. Witt and the Woodward practice. She is the best all around doctor i have ever had. A good listener and very responsive, as is all the staff members i have encountered. Nothing needs to change.

Dr. Witt is kind, understanding , knowledgeable, and thorough. She is clear and detailed and a good encourager. Also, I find her to be supportive and very respectful . I have complete confidence in her as my internist.

The MA that roomed me was incredibly disorganized and did not seem to be able to effectively/efficiently do her job. I have been seen every three to six months for a while now and she seems to be worsening in her ability. She is loud and sometimes makes inappropriate comments or offers her own medical advice which is outside of her scope of practice. I adore my physician and the other MA/nurse who came in at the end was amazing.

No improvements needed. Excellent care.

The outside entrance door has handicapped access door openers but the lobby door to the office/waiting room does not. It would be really helpful to have handicapped access buttons there because trying to get in with a walker or with someone in a wheelchair is difficult. Sometimes someone will come along to help but rare.

I think it is about time for Dr Witt's nurse to retire. She is just not that sharp. Very sweet but lacking in communication skills

The nurse is very sweet but I think it is time for her to retire. She has hearing issues and is sometimes not that appropriate with her comments..I think it is a sticky situation

I had an 8 am appointment, yet the doors to the lobby remained locked until I knocked at 8 am. This was stressful, as I prefer to arrive early

I can't think of anything else, even the Lab Techs were kind and helpful. I have rolling veins and it was very little pain. She was great in finding and keeping the vein. I appreciate everyone ?.
